All locals know where to find NEW MEXICAN cuisine in Denver: Little Anita’s! Observe the construction crews loading breakfast burritos into ‘coolers ‘. See business people introducing guests to the flavors of a NM lunch. Families come early for dinner because they close early week nights (8 PM). Blue tortillas ARE available! Three locations in Denver—find one.
Have an hour lunch break? Don't come here. While the food is good, they are consistently under prepared for the lunch rush. The last three times I've attempted to come here for lunch, the service was incredibly slow, taking upwards of an hour to get food.
While the food was edible, the taste and look of the beans were definitely that of the canned variety. Far from authentic but the price point does reflect this and gets an extra star.
