LongHorn Steakhouse

LH food and ambient are a good choice and quality. However, today, on my first visit to this location, Justin U served my table in a way that I won’t come back. I came on my own, the restaurant was 5% filled of customers when I arrived and 20% filled when I left. Juntin U stopped by to check on me over 15 times, I couldn’t even swallow and he would be back. It was blatant and disrespectful. Zero authentic connection with customer. I told him not to come back to check on me so that I could have a brake and finish the last part of my meal. It made me really upset. I never experience something like this before. They are certainly not interested in retaining customers. Disagreable.

Awesome service from waitress Skylar, by far, the best server I ever had. Food was phenomenal, and I could hardly walk. I was stuffed.

I’ve visited LongHorn Steakhouse twice, and unfortunately, I don’t believe it deserves a 3-star rating. On my first visit, I ordered a medium steak, but it was served well-done. While the staff did offer to remake it, the experience was already disappointing. I decided to give them another chance, but the second visit didn’t improve my impression—the steak still lacked flavor and juiciness.
That said, I do want to acknowledge the positives: the service was attentive and friendly, and the ambiance was warm and inviting. If you're looking for a pleasant dining atmosphere and good hospitality, LongHorn delivers. However, if you're after a truly great steak, you might want to explore other options.

Great food like always. The corn was amazing. Awesome bread. Outlaw is always the best choice.

I wanted to come here with my sisters to eat for my birthday today. As soon as we entered there was no server or host present. We stood there for 5 minutes waiting for somebody to attend us and there was a server looking at us and didn’t say anything to us. Honestly awful first time impression and I will not be dining here again.

We just got back from Chicago where we went to Mortons steakhouse over the weekend, which was a disaster. I am happy to say that our dinner tonight at LongHorn was amazing and everything was delicious, so much better than the much more expensive Mortons!!! And best of all was the top notch service provided by our server Kirstie. Shout out to this wonderful young lady who knows how to treat people and make them feel welcome..

loved the store

There was a sweet young lady who was the bartender, she was from Georgia. She went out of her way to serve my daughter and I. Even though she was still running the bar. We wanted to sit in some booths, now. The food though y'all! Seriously, I cannot even remember the last time I had such an incredible meal in a restaurant.
