Food, I felt like a rabbit eating more lettuce than anything else in the new Berry Boost Salad. I was very disappointed in the minimal chicken, berries and didn't receive any Tofu as I paid extra for. I also asked for extra dressing which I did not receive. Service: Missing items but the food was ready as stated on the online order. Edit: I did receive Tofu in my salad but it looked like and some of it had the texture of chicken which was weird. However, the chicken pieces were 1/2 the size of the Tofu. By the time I took out 1/2 of the mixed greens I didn't need the extra dressing so that was good. Guess I'm not a Mad Greens Gal! Have a good Day!

Just payed a ridiculous amount of money for a salad and the unhappy worker over-saturated it with dressing and left all sorts of those expensive ingredients in the mixing bowl - instead of putting them in my salad.

I cannot say enough about the staff today! The girls behind the counter were simply rocking it, and they were doing it with a smile! I personally made an error with my online ordering, and they were so nice and accommodating in fixing what was clearly my mistake. A gentleman manager went above and beyond not only to take care of me, but to show respect for his hard-working staff, it did not go unnoticed! I will definitely be back to this location in the near future!And of course, the food was amazing as always!

I had such and amazing experience here. Jake helped me as soon as I walked in the door. I was helped with the menu as it was my first time and I was recommended the chipotle chicken caesar wrap and I loved it! They also had a prickly pear pink lemonade that was BOMB! The restaurant was clean and well taken care of. Loved this place and will definitely be back again. Jake was a stand up employee, and he made everything easy

This location literally has the best staff and they actually care about your food and your experience. They keep the spot well maintained and clean. Jaz, Chad, Bri, Kayra, Aden, Brenden and Lauren are all superstars. This store would not be the same without them! Highly recommend stopping in for your fresh lunch or dinner fix.
I hate that I have to give this 1 star. I used to eat here all the time. Now if I ever do in the future, I can no longer order any of their bowls with grains/rice in them. There’s been a few times when the rice was extremely undercooked, so much so it should not have been served. The most recent time was the worst though. It was like eating bird seeds. I was very hungry and was having a very busy day, so I ate the to-go bowl hurriedly for the nutrition at least. I had no time to go back to the restaurant to get a new bowl. I should have thrown it away, because unfortunately the very undercooked rice (which was like eating bird seed) injured my back left bottom tooth. I felt a sharp pain after a bite and the tough undercooked rice damaged my tooth. That area is now sensitive when I eat and I can feel the damage with my tongue. The pain and nuisance of the injury from the extremely undercooked rice from this place means to only order items here with no grains or rice. Which is a shame. Be aware. Please never again serve undercooked rice again, as it can actually injure your customers, like it did me. Ouch.

The food is always fresh. The dressings sometimes vary day to day even if you get the exact same one, but it's because they make them fresh which I appreciate. My favorite staple menu item is the Edgar Allen Poe or the Athena. The Harvest Grain Bowl is season but by far the best salad they make! The service always seems rushed but for the most part to be expected of a fast-food style set up. Inside is always clean, and the patio is my favorite place to sit when it's warm because they have shade umbrellas and cement tables.
