They apparently no longer have Lox salmon but still have the Lox bowl for sale online. They blamed it on corporate and said “they’ll email them again right now” about having it removed from their online menu.What a stupid way to run a business.

I never leave bad reviews and you can check by looking at my other reviews. I felt compelled this time because although the food was good, the young employee with lots of tattoos and red/pink highlighted hair Was beyond annoying. Her voice has two volumes, loud and louder. Also, I was waiting for it to go order Around the corner when she found me to give me my food and I was leaving an important voicemail and she saw that I was on the phone And proceeded to loudly say, ma’am, here’s your order and something else while I was trying to leave that voicemail and held up one finger to please give me a second. Common sense would’ve been appreciated since she saw that I was on the phone. Her voice also echoed throughout the restaurant while I was eating part of my food Taking the rest home.

This location forgot my sandwich and salad, delivering only my pizza, the pizza was cold.

Good, healthy food. Friendly service.Our first time at this location. It is setup differently than the one I am used to. You place your order and they either give you a pager for pickup or they will bring it to your table if they are not too busy.

The amount of food from this location is inconsistent. On our last visit we got a Buddha Bowl and you could still see the bottom of the to-go plate. None of the food even reached the rim. We had to use our own peanut sauce on the dish because they didn't give us enough. Already reached out to their contact us page and no one responded. So they don't care.

I brought my mom here for lunch and it was incredible. We will definitely be back.

I actually love modern market and have ordered from multiple locations and never had an issue. This location though… when I told her I called in an order she just looked at me like I made a mistake and asked if I was sure. I had to show her my confirmation email before she started making the order I already paid to have ready when I arrived. The food was not fresh which is something I’ve NEVER experienced from modern market so figured I had to share my experience so this location can get their act together.

Absolutely the WORST modern market location I have ever eaten at. Staff was rude and short with us. We ordered dishes we have had at modern market before and were remarkably disappointed. Braised beef came with no gravy and VERY little beef. Buddha bowl tofu looked like it was weeks old, very dry, and the veggies were still frozen. Love modern market normally but will NEVER eat at this location again.
