Good, healthy food. Friendly service.Our first time at this location. It is setup differently than the one I am used to. You place your order and they either give you a pager for pickup or they will bring it to your table if they are not too busy.

The amount of food from this location is inconsistent. On our last visit we got a Buddha Bowl and you could still see the bottom of the to-go plate. None of the food even reached the rim. We had to use our own peanut sauce on the dish because they didn't give us enough. Already reached out to their contact us page and no one responded. So they don't care.

Although I enjoyed the food I eventually received today, it took an hour and forty five minutes to receive it following my arrival.I suspect that someone may have taken my order prior to my arrival, but the employees seemed disempowered to find a solution to the problem.Once the manager arrived after I had been waiting for an hour and a half, she tried to tell me that I did not understand the online ordering and communication system. I have ordered from this location many, many times and know what to expect. I felt disrespected and to some extent gaslit by the interaction.My order was not placed at the front of the queue once she promised to have it made. Even then she could not issue a refund but would have to reach out to Customer Service.Finally when my food was ready, she sent an employee to deliver it, preferring to hide in the kitchen and expo. I left without an apology.I get that it was a difficult and busy day at this store, but it was a complete customer service failure. I would not recommend this location at the present time or for the foreseeable future.

I actually love modern market and have ordered from multiple locations and never had an issue. This location though… when I told her I called in an order she just looked at me like I made a mistake and asked if I was sure. I had to show her my confirmation email before she started making the order I already paid to have ready when I arrived. The food was not fresh which is something I’ve NEVER experienced from modern market so figured I had to share my experience so this location can get their act together.

Absolutely the WORST modern market location I have ever eaten at. Staff was rude and short with us. We ordered dishes we have had at modern market before and were remarkably disappointed. Braised beef came with no gravy and VERY little beef. Buddha bowl tofu looked like it was weeks old, very dry, and the veggies were still frozen. Love modern market normally but will NEVER eat at this location again.
