The muffins here are delicious! I also tried the mini muffins and they are spectacular! The bagels are huge and so fresh. The workers are extremely kind and helpful. Can't wait to come back!

I picked up a salad today, and when Iot it home, I found half the listed ingredients were missing. Of course they are closed now, so there is nothing I can do about this today. The Mediterranean Greek Bread Salad is supposed to have salami, green olives, sun-dried peppers, cucumber, onion, provolone, and tomatoes.
Mine was missing the salami, sun-dried peppers, green olives, and the Greek dressing altogether. Instead, it had hot giardiniera peppers, which I absolutely can't eat due to a medical condition. So, thanks a lot for a lunch that was a complete waste of money.

My husband loves my favorite muffin. But this time he went in at 104 pm and the ladies were rude. Told him they don't make smoothies after 1pm. None of the muffins were how they normally were. The Boston cream pie had no chocolate on it. Was a plain muffin with cream inside no chocolate frosting in site. Other muffins were the same with nothing looking how it usually does.

If you want bagels that are homemade, delicious, and won’t burn a hole in your pockets, this is the place! The staff is kind, the place is clean, they get your order out quick, and the food is amazing! The muffins are also incredible. This will definitely be my new quick breakfast stop.

Their bagels and muffins taste good. I don’t have any gluten sensitivity, but there are times I don’t feel great after their bagels. Everyone’s body is different, but I’d attribute it to mass production which often yields poorer quality. Not as much in the muffins as the bagels.
Onto the real issue though. They are not friendly. They act like “what do you want” and as if it’s an inconvenience to even exist in their presence. I’m not sure if it’s because they often do more corporate stuff and work early in the morning and by the time it’s 9/10am they are over it.
Additionally, I’m not sure what’s going on with their cash/payment system. They don’t tell you they have a 4+ percent credit card fee and when you ask for a receipt they give you the lower non credit card fee receipt. For individuals submitting the expense this can be an issue. But also the bigger issue is in the state of Colorado they aren’t allowed to charge you more than a 2% credit card transaction fee.
Something is fishy! They handle the payment process even strange with a device that certainly makes everything harder. I’ve never seen such a stupid tap to pay.

Ordered a toasted bagel and it was not fully cooked. Still dough in the middle.of the dagel. Called to inform them about the issue and was hung up on. They then called me back and hung up on me. Wtf... Save the food poison possibilty and just order from Einstein's.

Id give this muffin shop a 10 out of 10 if I could, they have good customer service and are quick with their orders . The store is well put together , I go almost every day of the week and I will never get tired of it. I love the employees they are so nice and helpful , more people should support my favorite muffin . The pumpkin muffins were my favorite !

It appears as though they may be under new management. I say this because I have never experienced customer service in this establishment after many years of coming like I did today. The young male working was kind but the women especially the older woman were absolutely not and not welcoming at all. The muffins were ok but not the same.

I ordered online before they opened at 6am. I showed up at 6:06am and my order was already waiting for me. there was a mix up with one of the sandwiches i ordered but they immediately fixed it after giving a genuine apology. and the food was good. Their muffins were specially good. I'd recommend their chocolate cheesecake muffin. You'll need a lot of milk to help down it but the taste is fantastic.
