Food & service were good. I ordered a burger and a salad. The burger was very good, the salad wasn't great. Staff was very nice. This is located inside the embassy suites hotel. There's plenty of seating, and also a full bar.*edited to add second experience*I went back the next night and got a flat bread, it was ok, but heavy on the toppings, just a matter of preference. Bar tender was really great, the desk or bar didn't have sparkling water so she set mw up with some soda water and lemon, which was the perfect companyment to pizza.

We (my co-worker and I ) were looking for a room but ALL of our online apps were showing sold out (OBVIOUSLY LYING)… We asked our FBO manager where was the best place to stay without getting gouged… He recommended EMBASSY Suites, so we drove there in a rental car (mind you we are a helicopter (construction) company, so we are in a different state 2-3 times a day, never remembering where we are when we wake up) and… we run into Mercedes… beautiful smiling face after a long day. She informed us she did have rooms and set us each up with a wonderful room for a great price!! Not only was she polite, courteous, and wonderful, she was knowledgeable and told us about the surroundings, handed us 3 free drink coupons and a menu for the restaurant (which is awesome!!) And the bartender Carina was wonderful as well!!! All around a Wonderful reception and treatment in a world where customer service is extinct!! STAY HERE AT ALL COST!! And owners/managers if you read this… PLEASE give Mercedes and Carina HUGE raises… you need to keep these two absolute GEMS!!!!

This property is ideally located for both business and pleasure, family or single. Professional staff, especially Mercedes at the front desk. Breakfast is flat outstanding, go early since there are so many choices. Bedrooms need to be updated, they are tired and dated.

The atmosphere was cozy, the rooms were clean, staff were all welcoming and we had more than enough tickets for our evening reception drinks. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best we’ve experienced at an Embassy Suites. They had a peloton in the fitness room that I used. Only suggestion would be for guest laundry to accept credit/debit card. They had plenty of quarters at the desk, however it would be more convenient to use credit cards.

I booked this hotel as a Hilton Honors Rewards member a few months ago to stay from August 16-21st for my cousin's wedding. I called a few days prior to checking in to let them know that my significant other would be joining me the 18th so they could add him to the room. When he got there that morning, I gave the front desk man his clothing to be dry cleaned and was told it would be back by the next day by 6 pm. That evening we got back around 10 pm and asked for his dry cleaning. The lady up front said "Oh, we didn't do it". I asked why not and she said "I'm not here during the day so I do not know what to tell you". So we got the clothing back so I could at least get it ironed before the wedding the next day. Mind you, we gave them the clothing still on a hanger, they rumpled it all in a laundry bag and everything was so wrinkled. So there it is the eve of my cousin's wedding and I am having to not only iron his whole suit, but deal with stuff for the whole wedding party. Then the next morning, my partner dropped me off at my cousin's wedding venue to get ready. When he got back to the hotel, he realized his digital key was not working. He went to the front desk and they told him is name was not on the reservation so they could not give him access. I called and told them I put his name on the reservation several days in advance and they said it wasn't on there. He had to come pick me up 25 minutes away while I was at my cousin's wedding venue getting ready to go back and let him in because I had a digital key only (which would no longer let me share with him) to go to the front desk to get a physical key for him so he could get into the hotel and I could get back to the venue. The guy was useless, and so was the female staff member at night. So glad I don't ever have to go back there. Oh, and my hotel shower had bathroom hairs all around the nozzles and tub stoppers. Disgusting.

As I was checking out, I reported that I did not receive any of the accommodations that the room should’ve come with. The receptionist did not take my comments into consideration and proceeded to still charge me as though I did receive the room accommodations. If you have issues with your room, they will still charge you for it and will not care.

There was a 30 minute wait to check in. Then another 30 minute wait to tell them that there was hair all over the the beds. That happened in the 1st two rooms. The third room had food smeared on the wall, but at that point we were tired and willing to live with it. The third world was also by the elevator that we heard all night and particularly in the morning. Avoid room numbers ending in 27. They are too. Lose to the elevators.

Dirtiest hotel I have ever been to. 0 room service, had to beg for clean towels, toiletries. Hotel us completely understaffed. They promise room service, which you have to arrange a day before but it never happened.

We reserved two rooms here as a buffer between flights and a long drive into the mountains. Our stay was average overall, below my expectations for the Embassy Suites brand. Upon arriving to this allegedly smoke-free property and checking into our rooms, the smell of stale cigarette smoke was overwhelming. We appreciate that Jeff at the front desk got us into two new rooms (next to each other even) which smelled fine, with a smile on his face and no indication of pushback at all. Thank you Jeff, you are a credit to this hotel. Overall this property has typical Embassy Suites rooms, but a lot of annoyances too: - 1 of 3 elevators offline. It’s questionable if even 3 elevators is enough for this property. Only 2 elevators meant 5+ minute waits. - Business center printer “out of order” - Trash and room service leftovers in the halls for extended amounts of time without being picked up. For example was a fork on the floor between our room and the elevator when we checked in and it was still there when we left. We walked past 3 trash bags and 2 sets of dirty dishes to get between the elevator and our room. - As a Hilton gold member I didn’t get my arrival benefits (waters and a snack selection). However my second assigned room had these so this is not a huge complaint. - The usual throngs of young children running through the halls like every other Embassy Suites and playing in the elevators…

Night manager just sits there and plays on his phone all night, can't be bothered for anything. Dude doesn't even look up when you go to the counter. They really need to get some better stuff at night

I typically enjoy Embassy Suites as a long time Honors member and have stayed at this location several times. However I will be looking at other locations in the future as this location seems to miss the mark each visit. Each of my visits never go without some sort of issue…from missing items in premium/normal suites to unclean rooms to lack of responses on their text messaging system. During my last visit, I asked the ladies at the front desk about the message system and I received excuses from one lady. She went on about how she was too busy to look at it, she also seemed to busy to give me any attention while trying to talk to them. Don’t provide a service if you can’t provide it. I’ve also never had problems with requesting late check outs at other Hilton hotels except this location.

The hotel itself is acceptable, however the staff leaves a lot to be desired. The female worker at the front is the laziest worker who can't be bothered to do anything. The gentleman named "Brian" who might be the manager is the most unprofessional person in all my travels that I have ever met in all of my stays in all of the world. For a brand who's mission/vision is to deliver the ultimate experience through their service; I can tell you from first hand experience that this definitely isn't the values that this property values, far from it. Anyone who has either had the unfortunate experience of working with the female worker at the front or "Brian" will know EXACTLY what I am speaking about. Due to this experience my company will never stay at a Hilton Hotel. Quite interesting that following my discussion with the female worker at the front desk my company credit card was charged a total of (4) times on the same day totaling over a thousand dollars! Was going to speak with the other employee at the front desk who was named Brian, but after the interaction I witnessed between him and a customer where he yelled at a customer when they brought up some concern told me everything I needed to know about how my matter would be handled..
