The duck confit and the lamb osso bucco alone keep me coming back let alone aside from the welcome bubbles, great wine list and constantly changing specials
Wonderful experience for a party of 3. Attentive staff and owner. Excellent menu and tasteful cuisine. Highly recommend
all high quality seafood, especially the Black Cod, which was cooked to perfection. If you are looking for Italy in the Foccacia you won't find it here. The lemon curd tart was lovely and tart, a perfect way to end the meal.
Our first time at Nolia, and we will definitely be back. We loved the ambiance and enjoyed the service. The Louisiana crab cakes and the carrot cake were a big hit.
Food was excellent, as usual. I love Nolia. Service was the least professional I've ever experienced at Nolia, which explains why this review is less than perfect.
Nokia is a gem with a wide variety of exceptional fresh and tasty food. I would like to try everything on the menu. The pear salad was excellent and so were the red beans and rice and unique grill chess. The dessert all look marvelous. I am sorry we missed this place before and we plan to visit regularly. Food was excellent. Server made several mistakes which we then found still on our bill. Unpleasant waiting for ordered food and drinks that never arrived. Then having to point out they were still on our bill did not feel good. Foods that did come on time was delicious as always.
Food selection was unique and delicious. Loved the decor. Waiter was good- didn't pester but we needed to ask for the check. Best restaurant in the neighborhood. Highly recommend!!!!
The overall dining experience was excellent—one hiccup was the lamb osso buco, which came to the table stone-cold inside. Service quickly grabbed it and advised they'd bring out another one, which was also cold when we cut into it. However, the rest of the food was great, and the house cocktail menu is also fantastic.
This may be the most consistent kitchen on the south side of Denver. The menu is extensive, and there are weekly specials. For us, the saving grace is that this is a small and relatively hard to find place. You wouldn't likely see it from the road if you weren't looking for it- which is great for us! We love being able to get a table whenever we want to drop in, which is quite often.

Grant was our server and was super sweet, patient, friendly and totally just took care of us as first timers.. 😀 we shared a little bit of everything. The Barratta with peach and arugula was the table favorite! But I also had the Red beans and rice.. and absolutely not disappointed!!! Cravable!! So full of flavor, perfect spice! The atmosphere is really neat.. like walking into a dream. You may catch the artist painting on the patio!! The patio is full of flowers and great ambiance. Not what I was expecting from this shopping center. Just go! Shareable, tapas , and yummy drinks!
I am grateful that we decided to come out to try Nolia. We will be back again! The restaurant is a little smaller than I expected, but had some great seating outside. The staff were friendly and everyone had great things to say about the food.
We started with blackberry flatbread, it was excellent, sweet and had great flavor 10/10. We also had the gumbo, which was good 7.5/10, also flavorful. We had both the Caesar 9/10 and pear salad 8.5/10. I really thought the dressing on the pear salad was wonderful. For side dishes we had the green chile cornbread, with really great cream cheese 8/10, it was a little dry but had great flavor. The carrots were another winner, paired well with the goat cheese 10/10. For the entrees my partner had the short rib bolognese 7.5/10 and I had the crab stuffed rainbow trout special 8.5/10. For dessert we had both the cannolis 8/10 and the winter spiced carrot cake 9/10. The carrot cake was a better dessert and we loved the cream cheese that was on it. If there was any drawback it was that the cake felt a little dry but the topping helped with that.
All in all it was a great meal. We are very happy with our choice to come here. Our meal took a long time, we were there over 2 hours. The place was empty when we arrived but got filled up as the evening moved on. It took a long time for our entrees close to 45 minutes, but I am not going to hold that against them. The service was friendly but they could have come over a little more frequently.
We look forward to coming back again soon.
Such a fantastic experience with great food, I will definitely be coming back!! The house manager greeted us at the door and checked in on us several times. My spouse and I were celebrating my birthday, and the staff left a very thoughtful birthday card on our table with all of the staff's signatures! ❤️❤️ Such a touching thoughtful gesture!!
All the food was DELICIOUS!!! My favorite was definitely the blackberry flatbread, they for sure sent out the best for last. The gumbo (jambalaya? I forget which one) was seasoned and spiced so perfectly, and I've never had a crab cake this good in Denver before. Highly recommend, definitely get a reservation.
Cute little restaurant for happy hour. The happy hour food menu seemed limited and the table was very small and cluttered for the 3 people we had at our table. The servers were kind and attentive and the did have a good selection of wines & cocktails.
The food was delicious. However, the service was not good. As a first time diner to Nolia, I ask the waiter for some suggestion on where to start. His reply was, "I'd first start with reading the menu." I don't think I've ever felt like such an imposition as a restaurant guest. The host/hostess did not have our reservation even though I confirmed it with their manager 30 minutes earlier. Begrudgingly, we were seated. And beware, $27 for a 9 oz glass of mediocre Chardonnay might be something I'd expect in NYC but not in a strip mall in Centennial. Prices should posted for glasses of wine. With an new staff or a better trained staff, this could be a fun place to dine.
