Whoopsie! I messed up twice. So I sent a pickup order to this location and walked in at 8:52 to pick up. They said no orders had come in so we checked location…. I didn’t click complete checkout. 🥴 so they mentioned they close in 10 minutes so I put in my order, they made it super fast. I mentioned their Google listing closed at 10 another oopsie of mine (I would not have even ordered pick up through the app if it was gonna be that late)- I was looking at the wrong locations Google page.
The food was incredible- usually I’ll have one piece of spinach a half of a tomato and a sliver of red onion and every bite had that this time. This location made my already great day even better! Thank you!!!

First of all, I don't understand most of these lower reviews. They're either about DoorDash, not the actual restaurant, or said within the review that this was the first mistake that they'd experienced. This place is AWESOME. I've tried sooo many different dishes of theirs and each has been mouthwatering. And I'm from Louisiana, so I KNOW good food hahah. I highly recommend getting the pasta fresca with steak and feta. You'll thank me later!

It's really disappointing. I placed a online order for pickup. I reached there after 30 minutes. The two ladies at the front were chit chatting until I arrive. After my arrival they start working on my order. And I have to wait almost 20 minutes. And the restaurant is empty zero customers in there. This is not at all acceptable. This was happened on September 6, 2025. Around 5:30 p.m.

the rudeness!!! i have never in my life. firstly, i ordered delivery through the app, which has doordash deliver. the dasher delivered the food to the wrong location and when i tried to go get it, the food was gone. i called doordash and they couldn’t get a hold of this store, to process a refund. when i called, i was met with hostility and rudeness immediately. i don’t understand what the reason was, but the entire phone call was unnecessarily bitter and uncomfortable.

Been ordering takeout from this location for many years. Last night was the first time my order was incorrect. I always order the same meal, but substitute marinara for cream sauce. Always check your order before leaving this location.

Ok. Food varies each visit. Some visits are excellent and some the noodles are overcooked. For lunch go early before the Doordsahers take all the parking. A solid 3.

Just got an order for pickup and the side salad is a joke. There are literally 13 pieces of lettuce in this and mostly croutons and Parmesan. Waste of money.

This is the second time I’ve been here within the last 4 months. The first time I came the cashier looked really sick, and the other cashier was really rude to that guy. I ate there and didn’t feel good the next day and the food seemed to be made different than any other noodles I have been to. This time some of the pasta was burnt and some noodles were not capatapi noodles (they weren’t supposed to be in there but they were ). Not the best customer service. Not the best quality of food compared to other noodles and company. Probably won’t go back.

The lady working tonight was so sweet, the employees got my food order out fast, giving it a one star due to the fact that it was freezing in there, I had to get my food to go. Waited approximately 5 min for my food & I was freezing, cannot even imagine the employees.

Slow, clueless employees milking paychecks. This brand had great food and service at one time. Never again! Went next door to the Poke House, since the line at Noodles was stupid long and nobody was managing anything. Much better atmosphere, faster service and QUALITY food from your neighbors. Even the Dog Haus!
