Loved the food and live music. Unfortunately, we were sat right next to the musician and it was difficult to have a conversation. Recommend requesting a table away from the door on weekend evenings.

We have been coming here for 8 years but our most recent visit was the first time we’ve had a bad experience. we came around 730pm on a Sunday so I’m not sure if that affected anything but the noodles were very overcooked, the meat was bland and barely grilled, and my shrimp had a chemical-ish taste (it was not expired seafood or anything and I didn't get sick, just unpleasant) I got a banh mi instead that was good (and the staff was very accommodating about switching it out) but when a place is solidly an excellent experience for many years, and when we drove well out of out way to go, it ended up being extra disappointing. We would compare every other Vietnamese place to this one as the standard. We know it has been run by the same folks for a long time and respect their ability to maintain such a great restaurant, so really want them to be aware of any issues in the kitchen so they can address them. We hope this was just a one time fluke.

Easily the best pho I have had in the Denver area.I went with my partner and we ordered a large 15 to share and the grilled pork bahn mi. The bahn me was delicious. Crusty bread but not so much as to gouge the roof of your mouth, very well seasoned pork with a good amount of juices in the sandwich. Could’ve used some more crunchy pickled component, but overall a great bahn mi.The pho was also great. The steak could’ve been a bit more rare, just a pale pink by the time it got to the table, and the brisket was a little bit over cooked for my liking. The tendon came as slices from a brick which I had not seen before, but was great. Really good broth. The toppings were also plentiful. For the two of us they gave maybe 1.5 cups of bean sprouts, a large, chopped jalapeño, and more than a whole lime's worth of wedges. there were maybe 5 sprigs or basil, and what looked like home grown lettuce that was a bit heartier and had more chew than I expected. Sriracha and crushed chili sauce were available at the table, as well as a sweet brown sauce. I think the brown sauce is usually hoisin or something similar, but this one had a fermented black bean taste to it as well and was much thicker than hoisin. My partner also ordered a Vietnamese coffee with sweetened condensed milk, and they brought the phin filter to the table which I appreciated. Several of the other places I have been just bring you the finished product.Cute ambiance with some Vietnamese signs and signs making puns with “pho king”. Some TVs were playing sports, and one was playing some Vietnamese culinary show. Friendly staff, and easy to park (if not right in front of the restaurant then there were plenty of spaces a block or so away in the same strip mall). Would definitely go again if I find myself in the area.

Watch your bank account charges, these people add their own tip to the total. Thieves. Also never had to pay a $1 extra for a tiny cup of chili oil. The cashier said only sriracha is included on pho Togo orders.
Always delicious, that's why we keep coming back for more.

My favorite pho!! I don’t know exactly what makes one pho better than another, but Pho 95 does!! I always get the vegetarian, even though I’m not a vegetarian, because the tofu and veggies are so good. The fried calamari app is my terrific—battered in rice flour, so there’s no gluten. The menu is very clear about which items are vegan, gluten-free, etc. They sometimes have live music, which is really nice. Entertaining, but not too loud or disruptive. Last thing, it is a bit pricier than other pho places.Vegetarian options: I always order the vegetarian pho, even though I am not a vegetarian. The tofu is fried perfectly and they give a wide assortment of fresh veggies.Dietary restrictions: The menu is clearly labeled for which items are vegan/vegetarian, or gluten-free.

The spicy edamame is absolutely delicious and a must order!!! I also ordered the beef plate and was blown away by how flavorful the beef was. It had a wonderful smokey, grilled flavor. The staff was super nice and the prices are reasonable. I'll definitely be visiting this place again!

The spring roll noodles were either undercooked or stayed out too long as with the rice paper. The pho broth was overly salty and tasted like they used beef bouillon from the store and added more salt. This might be the worst pho spot I’ve tried in the Denver area. The bad spring rolls was a red flag.
