The Pho here is one of the best around. That broth is perfect and I didn’t have to spice it up much at all like some other restaurants though I do like spice so added some Sriracha and jalapeños after the first few tastings. The medium bowl is a large at most places though I’d like to try the large next time as it was so good. The Pork Banh Mi is fantastic and I’ll definitely order it again next visit too!
Henry is a class act in customer service. He is friendly and has remembered us when we came in. When we made it a habit to drop by, he started to remember our orders. I feel at home there and the vibe is very nice.
I ordered for takeout and it was my first time there. I was welcomed in by Emery who was very friendly and kind. I was excited to hear that their broth is homemade with it taking 16 hours for the flavors to develop. I'm happy to say that their broth definitely shows the care and time they put into it.
