I ordered a simple large pizza with three toppings. They called and said they didn't have one of them. After an hour and a half i finally received my order and it was cold and seemed like it had been sitting out all day. It was the worst i had ever had.
It's hard to believe that for such a large corporation, the type of employees that represent said company clearly demonstrate the importance of customer service and how they seem to lack the empathy and or courteous professionalism that other companies seem to pride themselves on.
