Ordered a pizza at 7:45, showed up to pick it up at 8:15 ( 15 past the estimated done time) asked for my pizza, was told it was going to be a min longer so I came out to my car to wait. 10 min goes by I walk back in to ask about the pizza. “Idk what happened it must have gotten lost” yall, how do you lose a pizza?! No one came in or out and I was hoping the oversight would have been delt with better. I’ll be going to garlic knot from now on

I had one of the worst customer service experiences with Pizza Hut recently. The person who took my order over the phone was incredibly rude and dismissive. They acted like I was an inconvenience, rushed me through my order, and didn’t seem to care at all about answering basic questions.

Unfortunately, the poor service didn’t stop there — the delivery driver showed up with the same bad attitude. They were short, unfriendly, and acted irritated as if the whole delivery was a hassle for them.

It’s really disappointing to see this kind of behavior from a company that used to be known for decent service. I won’t be ordering again anytime soon.

Left out in the rain!! If I could give this 0 stars, I absolutely would!! We waited over an hour for the food. It was delivered to the wrong unit and left out in the rain for who knows how long!! If I could share the videos and pics I took of the pizza boxes sopping wet and then cold pizza that we had to eat after spending $50 would!

The person was rude and disrespectful from the moment I walked in for no fathomable reason. The pizza was raw and bad. Never again.

Just Me

I ordered my pizza online and when I arrived, the man working said that the credit card receipt had to be finalized and had an additional question for me about the tip. I tip cash once I see that my meal is ok, so I hadn’t tipped online. I have never had a business pull up the tip and basically demand tip after I’ve already paid for my meal online. I also don’t believe that my pizza was made at that time and he said it was running late, so I sat and waited for another 15 minutes for my pizza. The lobby area was dirty. I will never return to this location.

Store manager made her own policy about needing identification for pickup. While I waited for 20 minutes for them to mess up the order twice I had to listen to her complaining about Uber eats drivers and talk down to them about how much better she is than them. Do better Salina.
