Store manager made her own policy about needing identification for pickup. While I waited for 20 minutes for them to mess up the order twice I had to listen to her complaining about Uber eats drivers and talk down to them about how much better she is than them. Do better Salina.

I went in to do a curb side pick up and the staff was really friendly!! They even helped me to my car since I was carrying my daughter. The restaurant was SUPER clean especially the floors and the food prepping stations. Overall great food, great customer service, and a friendly atmosphere!!
These people are horrible. Go to a different pizza hut! Never seen such unorganized effort.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience in the store. The girl who helped me was very, very rude. She helped me rudely from the beginning. She is very ill-mannered. I don't understand why they work if they don't have patience for customer service. I told her to be polite, but she got worse. I ask the manager to please take my complaint into account because that behavior is horrible.

Go out of your way to come to this location. The staff are quick and efficient and make sure your order is right. Selena has truly 100% customer service and goes above and beyond. Selena!!! Great pizza made quickly, but SELENA made the experience perfect. I was in my car with my dogs waiting for my pizza to be ready (such a nostalgic treat) and Selena unexpectedly brought the pizza to me. This was such a kind gesture, especially in a world where customer service is dwindling. Thank you, Selena!!! <3 She gets it!!!
