My experience was terrible. I placed my order through the app, obviously to save time and pick it up. When I arrived, there was only one person serving another customer. It took them over 20 minutes to deliver my pizza, even though there were other people there. Unbelievable! And to top it all off, I paid extra for pineapple and they didn't even put it on. It's disrespectful to customers. I'll never go back. Domino's is much better!

Just placed a delivery order online and was disappointed to learn while the website (a post-order screenshot), text and email all confirmed a delivery order, I also see order details are vague about it being a carryout. I called the number listed for the store and reached only a call center. 2 employees and a supervisor later, they informed me this store is closed and cannot take delivery or carryout orders. Why is this a location that pops up as available online and on the app if they aren't taking orders? Both call-center employees gave different dates I'd be getting my money refunded (more than 7 days between what each said) and the call center supervisor said it was up to me to call the store directly if i don't see a refund...the number she gave me is not the local store but the same call center again. Get your act together Pizza Hut. This has been a great store in the past, but apparently corporate/systems/call center know nothing. It is wise not to order from this store online or via the app since the center is saying they are closed and are not taking orders. Your money will float somewhere until sometime.

Weird reply from the owner when corporate call center says they are closed = not in business.

Horrid. Called to get a refund because I’ve been waiting over an hour and a half for delivery. Don’t know where the number leads but apparently it’s not the actual store because I was told the store is “offline”. Mmmmk. Never will I spend $50 on crappy pizza (I’m assuming) ever again.

Ordered a pizza at 7:45, showed up to pick it up at 8:15 ( 15 past the estimated done time) asked for my pizza, was told it was going to be a min longer so I came out to my car to wait. 10 min goes by I walk back in to ask about the pizza. “Idk what happened it must have gotten lost” yall, how do you lose a pizza?! No one came in or out and I was hoping the oversight would have been delt with better. I’ll be going to garlic knot from now on
