I ordered a pepperoni lovers pizza. Where is the pepperoni?

They have absolutely no sense of urgency what so ever. They spend most of the time talking and laughing about it taking so long. Completely unprofessional

Driver did not follow drop off instructions, simply dropped off at front of building and left. The seal on my boneless wings looked off. I opened it up and counted 7 wings, not 8. I called to complain but was put on hold for 30+ minutes. Twice.

we placed a delivery order and was disappointed by the delivery driver service but the GM and team were very helpful in fixing the issue and were so kind! will definitely order again just from their courtesy alone!

I’ve ordered from this location twice now. Once directly and once through door dash. They have messed up my order every single time. The first time they forgot all the toppings and sent a cheese pizza. This time they forgot one of the two toppings. I don’t know if these people are incompetent or lazy but obviously there is some dysfunction at this store. Sad thing is Pizza Hut is my favorite but I will be telling all my friends if they order from this store they can anticipate their pizza missing one or all its toppings. You have one job, make a pizza with the correct toppings. They sure don’t make mistakes taking the money off my card for the extra toppings. But getting those toppings on my pizza must take an at of congress.

I actually didn’t answer my door and a reasonable amount of time and they still were able to wait for me and called me to get me my order .

I’ve ordered 2x and both times it’s hot and the delivery driver is so polite. The food is delicious and delivered very quickly. The app is so easy to use and gives great updates for when it’s being delivered. Thank you for making my night🤍

It took me asking where my food was after waiting 10 minutes longer than when it was supposed to be ready only to be told it was burned and they had to make another one. I waited another 20 minutes before getting finally received my food.

Wouldn't have ordered had I known they use Doordash to deliver. Cold food and missing the drink. Going to chargeback through my bank

Came in to pick up food and every single person greeted me. The customer service was excellent. Not sure I have ever got greeted like this before anywhere. Keep it up!

I would not order here. The food quality is extremely poor. I don’t know if my food was left to sit out or if it’s an old pizza but it was disgusting, cold, hard, and somehow it was still burnt. Absolutely unacceptable for a 25 dollar pizza this is ridiculous.
