I recently had the pleasure of using this Primo Hoagie location for a catered event, and overall, it was a positive experience. Being from the Philadelphia area I wanted to share a taste of home at the event – and this knocked it out of the park. The hoagies were the highlight of the event. Great hoagie!
Here's my issue with this location.
I'm high maintenance, I get it.
I ask for extra tomatoes, onion, oil (make it wet), oregano.
This is the second time that I asked and did not receive what I asked for.
I make my extra requests CLEARLY.
Seems understaffed. Took 15 minutes for one hoagie. Maybe with proper staffing extra of what I wanted wouldn't have been an issue?
How to receive what I ordered, what's the trick?

This is legit the BEST food in Denver/Centennial, for sure. I am obsessed with Primohoagies. Every time I see a picture of their hoagies on insta, I just want to come in and EAT. I am OBSESSED.
