From the moment we walked in there on April 4th 2024 there was a line for the food. I can understand that there is a promotion going on so we decided to stay and wait for our food. While we were waiting, the manager who was working the register who goes by the name of Kevin Kelly, was being very disrespectful to his employees and belittling them in front of customers. A customer who was in front of us had said that there was uncooked food in their meal and no my knowledge there was nothing done about it because the line was still so long. As we were getting closer to the front of the line Kevin then proceeds to leave the line and go into the lobby and lay down in a booth with a friend of his. (Have a photo of him to prove it) We waited 40 plus minutes to get through the line of about 6 people.... you would think that it would end there after we had gotten our food but it only gets worse. As we took our order to go, when we got home the rice and the veggies were raw and super undercooked. When we called in to talk to the manager Kevin to see what he could do for us there was no response and he just hung up. I have never seen anything like this in my life. If i could give 0 stars I would. We have reached out to corporate as well and hopefully are looking for some sort of resolution to this.

I usually get this through Uber Eats. I get the create your own bowl. I switch between the pork, chicken and the brisket. But either way, they are all good and I love the chips and queso. My favorite location is 16270 E Arapahoe Rd in Foxfield, CO. They make the bowls full and give just enough of everything that you can taste in every bite. The only thing I DO NOT like is them stapling the bag of chips. They should be using stickers, tape or just folding the bag. Because if you're not careful, the staple can fall into the chips. Staples are not the best idea. Otherwise, I like this specific location.
