They have the best French dip
Good food, good atmosphere. Bar staff was horrible. Acted like they wanted to be someplace else. Not attentive at all.
Gabe at the bar is amazing. So attentive and connecting. I drive over an hour on days I know he’s working to enjoy the night due to his service. Can’t say enough good things about Gabriel.
Awesome every time we come in. The Maui Steak and carrot cake are the best in my opinion.
Good was very good, staff smiling, drinks good, can't ask for more.
Never disappoints. I've been going there for many years.
Hi! I am a hospitality professional that is having an amazing experience with Katie and Brandon at the bar at J.Alexanders. Yes, I am still eating. Try the Asian Ahi Tuna salad.
Lately customer service has way of the Dodo in other restaurants.
Expect the highest level of customer service. They make you feel like you are the most important person in the room. An absolute joy!
An experience you should not miss.
Had a burger and artichoke.
I love these items and wasn’t personally a big fan of either. The favor, and preparation wasn’t very appetizing.
Furthermore 42.00 seems a little extravagant for the price of these 2 items.

Great food- Great Service!
I used to love eating here. Once they got bought back in 2021 they went downhill quick. Haven't had a good experience here since. And don't bother going nextdoor to Rock Bottom, it's own by the same terrible management company now too. Done with this restaurant. Just go to the south side of County Line and get better food for the same price with better service.

Honestly had a pretty good time until I got my burger. Super ovevercooked, I would classify as beef jerky. Nothing on it complimented anything, bottom bun ended up disintegrating. Had the steak burger. Crab dip and drinks were pretty good tho

One of the brands under SPB hospitality. Had to call to confirm that they do accept SPB gift cards. Hope SPB (might be this restaurant's parent company?), could have a clearer website description. Food was above expectations. Our server was, Sydney M., very polite and attentive.
Their suggested tip amounts are based on the total check amount (tax included) rather than the total order amount. This is just bad practice.

this is one of my favorite restaurants of all time, wonderful food (especially the steaks and fries) and wonderful service that was very patient even with the large group i was with.

Everything about this place is great. The price is a little high for lunch, but you get what you pay for. Chili, cheeseburger, and tacos were all excellent as was service. Place is a little hard to find, but if you head toward IKEA, you will find it not far from there.
