Hi! I am a hospitality professional that is having an amazing experience with Katie and Brandon at the bar at J.Alexanders. Yes, I am still eating. Try the Asian Ahi Tuna salad.

Lately customer service has way of the Dodo in other restaurants.

Expect the highest level of customer service. They make you feel like you are the most important person in the room. An absolute joy!

An experience you should not miss.

One of the brands under SPB hospitality. Had to call to confirm that they do accept SPB gift cards. Hope SPB (might be this restaurant's parent company?), could have a clearer website description. Food was above expectations. Our server was, Sydney M., very polite and attentive.

Their suggested tip amounts are based on the total check amount (tax included) rather than the total order amount. This is just bad practice.
