Came here for Cousins Lobster, which was delicious! Tried some beer while we were here. Wish there were more selections that are less citrus-fruity IPA's and more hoppy IPA's. Overall, the atmosphere is spacious with a decent amount of tables, clean and not too loud. Staff is friendly and attentive. Dog friendly. Has indoor and outdoor seating. Not too far off I-25 and Dry Creek.
One of the most slept on breweries in the front range! The beer, the staff, and the space are 5 star across the board. Great west coast IPAs and lagers. I'm pretty picky on light beers at breweries but theirs are always clean and crisp with tons of flavor. The Vienna Lager and the West Coast Pils especially stands out. I can't wait for the Belgian to come back!
Came here on 4th of July. When I travel, I like to try to hit up at least one brewery and Yelp lead us here. They didn’t have the food trucks that were referenced in many of the reviews (likely due to holiday weekend), but they allowed us to bring food in, so we DoorDashed some tacos.
