Excellent food and consistently great service. I wish the atmosphere and bar was a little more inviting, I wouldnt hesitate to pull up a chair at the bar and eat at the counter if it was. But that is just a limitation of the space, it is a really great spot and I'm so happy it has stuck around. Especially recommend the mac and cheese!
Burnt ends were delicious alongside the potato salad and macaroni cheese. The green chili bbq sauce was my favourite.

Delicious bbq!! Great, consistent bbq. The burnt ends and Mac and cheese is my favorite. Baked beans are unique - green chili flavor which is different. Only thing missing when you dine in is draft beer (don’t worry - they have bottle/cans of beer + a full bar). Highly recommend. Grateful for delicious BBQ in the neighborhood
Big order or small Rolling Smoke nails it with consistent quality and service. The waiting staff and manager makes my whole family feel welcome and makes sure we are taken care of.

Great wings (dry rub)
Need to explore the menu more but the wings are too good so I stay consistent.
Arrived close to closing time and they were out of pork ribs and the brisket was dry. The smoked flavor was good.
