Ordered the brisket sandwich with mac and fries and it was super tender and delicious. I really enjoyed their house made sauces specifically their sweet sauce and the white sauce. The lady who took our order was funny and polite. It didnt take long to get our food, either. Overall, very good bbq lunch spot for us!

It wasn't busy when we went in and out was well after lunch but before dinner. Food was pretty good. I've lived in a lot of places, like downtown Austin and surrounding cities, so I can be a bit critical of BBQ. Get the wings and try the green chilies BBQ sauce. That is probably top 5 sauces I've ever had. And I've had hundreds if not over 1000.
Good smoke on the food but as expected it was a little dry since it wasn't fresh from a rest. I'll swing back through when they first open and see how things are.

Lived in KC 19 years. Very Colorado style BBQ couple of jam band guitarists pictures on the wall. Cool Colo family neighborhood owner/operators Just a nice vibe. Very good Que, good sides Good folks! The one thing that I'm always not crazy about with Texas, New Mexico, Colorado BBQ and it shouldn't stun me after 20 years out here. But after 19 years in Kansas City I had a couple places that I would go just to eat the baked beans and I keep ordering baked beans and then I'm surprised when they're not sweet and filled with brisket like the ones in Kansas City. The Texas New Mexico, Colorado baked beans have pinto beans baked in and they're more spicy and less sweet. These beans had brisket mixed in very good solid Texas, New Mexico style barbecue beans. But the brisket had me thinking of Kansas City cuz it was very good and then when I bit into the beans I was a little surprised by the spiciness but I should be more than used to that by now. I just live in a small place in the mountains and I don't get Que that often. But a great neighborhood joint good Mac n other sides too.

Jack stack beans in KC So so good. You can make a meal out of them. You don't even need the meat! The beans are full of it!

First time today and I got the redneck Cuban. Super amazing but now I wish I got all the meats! The sauces were out of this world. The Carolina vinegar is life changing. 10/10

Ordered 2 of the same plate with different sides. They were out of 50% of their meats and we got the last of the turkey. When it came out there was a noticeable difference and I could tell i got the last of the turkey. May give this place one more try but not impressed with the first go around.

Well the atmosphere is BBQ. The ribs definitely have a smoky favor and are very tender. The sides taste homemade fresh,I tried the fried okra, and greens. This is my new BBQ spot but get there early, they sell out then close.

Best BBQ place I've found in the Front Range so far! The brisket, burnt ends, chicken and pulled pork were all delicious but the sides and sauces were that added extra - very flavorful and unique!

The cornbread, mac 'n cheese and baked beans were fantastic: carmelized & smokey - pretty much crack in a cup! 🤑

The habanero and green chile sauces were tops but there's a great range of around 6 sauces.

If you have polarised glasses, be aware of the TV screen with the menu on it. It's hard to read :D. Loved the food!
