Rolling Smoke BBQ

I came in with my husband for dinner for the first time and it was amazing. The brisket was tender, ribs were perfectly smoky, mac and cheese was really good, and the hot links had the perfect kick. Great BBQ!!

Golly... this was the dryest.. most awful bbq experience. Im pregnant and was so excited when I smelled it driving by. What a waste of $60... I wouldn't recommend. We are from Texas and id sooner go to dickeys

Edit: 4 years later... Same thing. Dry, overcooked Mac noodles with no flavor, corn bread bricks, and they put the dry and burnt in burnt ends. My wife insisted we ask for a refund, and when we did they offered to remake the plate. So we got the same thing, just hotter. They put butter on the corn bread, put it under the heat lamp. No help to the bread.
We had the buffalo wings. They use the wings with the extra additives, that make the wings huge but rubbery, and the buffalo is Franks, and butter.
The sweet tea, and lemonade are a solid 8/10 tho, and the music was on point.


See all these great reviews, wish I had a similar experience. Got the 2 meat plate. Brisket; dry, burnt ends; may as well bit into a llava rock, Mac n cheese; over seasoned, under cheese-d, corn bread; brick disappointed for sure. First time here, may come back later to see if they match the hype, but I doubt it.

The pulled pork was moist and not overcooked, and they served it on a buttered toasted bun. It was delicious as well as their two sauces. I will definitely be going back

The service here is amazing. Allexx is the best server! The food is always amazing especially when David is in the kitchen. The meatloaf sandwich he recommended might be the best thing they have

The barbecue was fine to good, better than you’ll probably get nearby. On my visit, the meats were overcooked- the chicken had great flavor but was dry, the ribs fell off the bone. The sides I had were good. The sauces I tried were too sweet for me, I like something spicy and didn’t find it here.

I’d recommend it, if only it were a little more affordable. My lunch for one was over $30- but enough food to get a second lunch out of it!

HOME AWAY FROM HOME- I’m from Tulsa, OK and boy do I miss our BBQ. This was the first place I came to after moving here and it literally brought me back home just by smelling the smokers outside. Highly recommend if you’re craving that small town backyard BBQ quality. Chef kiss every time! Just trust me.

Some of the best wings I’ve ever had. The dry rub is fantastic and they are always perfectly cooked.

The green chili is also some of the best in Colorado! it is not overcomplicated, simple, and perfectly executed.

You can see the big smokers outside in the parkinglot, so you know you're eating the real deal! Really tasty barbeque with lots of fresh sides and well made sauces. Don't skip the collard greens!

Ordered the butter my ends and pulled pork. Sides potato salad and baked beans. Pulled pork very moist. Burnt ends were flavorful but a little mushy not enough crisp on the bark served naked (no sauce?!?), really just chunks of brisket not really burnt ends. Portions were a little light would have liked some more meat. Sides are good sized. Overall good bbq will be back.

I've eaten here a handful of times and it has always been delicious. Today I catered food for my son's third birthday party and all of my guests absolutely loved it! From the brisket to the pulled pork to the chicken. People were complimenting the mac and cheese and the smoked beans. The only thing I didn't get to eat was the cornbread because all my guests devoured it before I could.
