These guys are amazing! They catered our backyard wedding. We had awesome communication the whole time. Melinda made it so I didn’t have to worry about anything. From appetizers, the bar and bartender… She even coordinated with the bakery for our cake and dessert. The pizza is DELICIOUS!! ( and I’m critical-lol). I wish I could give zero stars! If you plan on hiring Simply Pizza for your event, I would 1) reconsider or 2) have a back up plan. We entered into a contract and submitted a deposit in July for our large (100+) event at the end of September. With three weeks leading up to our party, Melinda (owner) canceled our contract with no explanation. Simply Pizza Truck is the go-to for amazing pizza! The food is top-notch, and the service provided along with it really tops it off. Guests at a wedding catered by them are still raving about the delicious pizza and the awesome experience inside the truck. All the pizza options are delicious, but the Hatch Green Chile and BBQ are personal favorites. After trying their pizza, it's hard to go back to national chain delivery. Simply Pizza is highly recommended, with a superb 10/10 rating - don't miss the chance to try it if the truck is in your area!
