Came here on a Friday afternoon for lunch wanting breakfast.
If you want steak and eggs, this is not the place to come to. This place is more of an elegant breakfast place. Elegant as in bacon and eggs with a salad, which I found odd.
Overall, the experience was good. We sat outside on the porch, which was a delightful day out here in Parker.
The service was very good on top of it. Very nice.
The food was good, but if you’re a hearty eater like I am order extra
I want steak and eggs. They have eggs, but no steaks. The closest thing I could come to meats was bacon or slice of ham. So I ordered eggs and three orders of bacon.
Upon getting my plate, I had the eggs, the bacon and a salad. Interesting but I ate it, so we’re all good.
It is not the first place I will pick if I’m hungry to go to, but if I’m entertaining Friends, this is where I take them

Our family ate at Snooze before sending our daughter off to college. The food was awesome and the atmosphere great, and moreso the service was perfect. Thanks staff for the great breakfast.

Delicious, great service, & highly recommend the location. So fun they have bean bag throwing outside the restaraunt while you wait & whole foods in the same plaza. Gluten free and dairy free options :)

This place gets justifiably high marks. We've been here quite a few times and they are consistently excellent. I had the b-fast sandwich which had slightly spicey sausage, a nice soft scrambled egg and some smoked cheddar hollandaise on a pretzel roll. (A great choice.) This is a full meal with hashbrowns on the side. The mixture of flavors seems to have been carefully thought out, and it definitely tastes great.
My vegan daughter had the pancakes and declared them excellent. She didn't quite finish the whole plate, but it was a pile. Mamosa was perfect, and her fresh squeezed juice also was a cut above regular juices.
Our server was pleasant and attentive, but why are you wearing a random ball cap indoors?
Value - this is on the high end for a breakfast place, but worth it for better ingredients. This location is also VERY busy and wait times can be long. Definitely worth a visit if you're after something special for your breakfast!

Seating is way to close to each other. We got sat a half booth half chair and people were sat so close to us that it made it super uncomfortable. Food and service was awesome but the seating was horrible.

Our witness was great and super attentive. The good was great as usual. Here's the rub. We waited a LONG time, like 40 minutes after arriving at the restaurant, after we checked in online. We were told another 15 minutes or so, but it was almost 3 times that. Then when we were finally seated it was at a ridiculously small two top, with very little room to eat at the table and nowhere to put my purse. There was another party so close at another table in the same both, that we couldn't even have a conversation. Super obnoxious, and super uncomfortable.

After a ten-ish year hiatus, I finally made a return to Snooze. Back then, the lines were so long we were closer to dinner than breakfast. It really put me off… #eog. Forgive, move on, and try again!
This Sunday morning the wait was only 20 minutes. Just as the hangry side of me was preparing a coup, our party of 4 were seated.
Tip: Snooze might be the unofficial brunch-date capital of the free world. Couples to the left, couples to the right—if you’re flying solo, bring a houseplant. Or Moses. Either way, expect some long glances with those choices.
Omar, our server, was great—welcoming, fun, and kept the coffee flowing like the Jordan River. There’s indoor and outdoor-ish seating, and the overall vibe was both comfy and laid-back in all the right ways.
We ordered the Garden Harvest Omelet, Juan’s Breakfast Tacos, and the Pancake Flight (cinnamon roll, strawberry cheesecake, banana bliss). Ironically, the pancakes were the weak link—dry and forgettable, like something you’d eat at a Dust Bowl fundraiser. But the savory dishes were a solid highlight. Hopefully just an off day with the pancakes, because everything else hit the spot (as the hundreds of glowing reviews seem to agree).
Snooze is worth the return. We’ll definitely be back (sooner than the next decade). Moses recommends it, though he did mention the pancakes could use a little manna–or at least extra butter.

This review is just about the general food not the people working. The workers have always been super nice and attentive. Now for the food... Snooze use to be my favorite breakfast spot as a treat. I use to always get their OMG French toast but the last time I went I was a but disappointed. I'm not sure if they changed their recipe but it was as good as it use to be. My husband got their breakfast burrito and we split a side of bacon and eggs. The only thing we enjoyed for the most part was the bacon and eggs. I'm not sure what has happened but the recipes haven't really been up to par especially for how much you pay. Snooze use to be worth it for a nice brunch place as yes a little higher in price but delicious food but honestly for the price it's not worth it with the food you get nowadays.

Highly recommend for all things brunch! This Snooze location is one of our regular breakfast spots around Littleton for good reason. The food never disappoints - it’s fresh, hot, and always made so well! The service and staff are consistently kind and helpful - even this weekend, our waiter Tessa went out of her way to accommodate us on a busy day. It’s stuff like that this place does without hesitancy, and it’s always much appreciated :)
Thank you for providing such a reliable dining experience and rockstar team!
