I can’t remember the last time I ate at a Sonic… worst breakfast burrito ever! Tasteless or odd texture, raw white onion in bunches.

ordered coke with no ice and sundae with extra strawberrry, didn’t get what i wanted, AND I DIDNT GET MY RANCH SAUCES, WHAT KOND OF SERVICE IS THIS, Do you guys don’t check what’s in order? they gave undress fries also, so i don’t recommend delivering from this place.

We were having a bit of a rough day and decided to get a late lunch. We ordered 3 meals and they came out hot and accurate in less than 5 minutes. I was honestly shocked at such stellar service! The staff was incredibly friendly and even checked on us, offering extra napkins after we received our meals. The food hit the spot and made our day so much better. We'll be back to this one for sure, thank you all!

Could have done better, I’ve been working with sonic for a couple of years now and there could’ve been something that could’ve been fixed. I hate to change my rating but my order I got the night of October 30 before they closed was made wrong and I didn’t realize until it was delivered to me and at that point the store was already closed.

Well going through the drive-through we tried to doublecheck our order with the teller multiple times who rushed us to the window and forgot 3 things. We went back through the drive thru and brought up what was missing and even though he wouldn't read back the order to us in the beginning was then going to charge us for his mistake..... completely rude and impatient. Wouldn't give us the receipt and after we decided not to pay for his mistake all we wanted before leaving was the honey mustard for the pretzel.... instead he brings us three yellow mustard packets… I then asked can I please speak to the manager which I then find out he is the manager… Avoid this sonic at all cost. If that is who sonic is having as their managers then they need to do some more thorough training with management and customer service.

Use the drive-thru went up and order the Number#1 and they instead give me the Number#3. And instead of sweet tea they give me some kind of Raspberry tea that not even close to sweet tea. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE. THEY’RE NOT DOING THEIR JOB CORRECTLY.

I go here a lot and usually great service!.But this evening I stop to order food and before I even get a chance to say what side and drink Id like! I get spoken over will that be all??. I havnt even finished ordering !! Plus I had many things left to order.. Employee wouldn't even let me finish before interruption again. Very unprofessional! And a loss of loyal business for good. You will lose more $$ not letting customers finish. Get it together Sonic management.

The food is good, but the hotdogs tasted a little to salty for me. Also, they need to have lids that totally cover their ice cream sandaes during delivery service so nothing can get into the cup.

45 minute wait for one snack wrap and fries. Not busy, no explanation for the wait, and no apology for just screwing around. Had to go into the store to ask about my food. This location is awful, poorly run, and the manager needs to be inquired upon by the laziness and ineffectiveness of their staff. Do not go to this location for any reason.

Good food, but there were multiple wasps flying around the outdoor benches, which is pretty important since they have no indoor seating. Maybe put some traps out?
