These people are awesome. Food is always fresh and very fast. They have yet to mess up my order, which is increasingly rare for any fast food place these days. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IMPECCABLE.

I just can't believe how expensive it is! Sonic used to be "the extra most bestest" ? place to go visit at anytime, day or night. Especially on those awesome summer nights when you could pull up to choose your spot & you herd all the best old school music playing , people laughing and enjoying the atmosphere. Now a "Mini shake costs $7.83 (that's smaller than the one that comes in the kids meal).. I get it every thing in this world costs so much more than ever before but wow ! Tonight's visit just put a major damper on the excitement of visiting Sonic ?. What happened to the good old American visits to the drive & park part of this place? Smh another sad customer ? ?.

What a joke....order through the app....didn't give me the discount that was on the app. and charged me full price..store can't cancel it have to call the 866 number she says it will be 7 to 10 business days to refund MY MONEY...and asked if Sonic would do anything for all this trouble being I hadn't gotten my order and she hung up on me..yep hung up on me...call the 888 number and explained myself they say that it will take a week to get my refund and have a good day!!...WOW Sonic!!...Nice way to take care of your customers!!...Bye Bye Sonic!!

I usually order from here since it's close to my work and there's no issues most of the time, but tonight I went to go order a coffee and was told there's no more hot coffee. That's not the complaint, though: I said that was fine and tried to order something else but the employee stopped responding to me completely. I tried getting their attention and waited a few minutes but no response at all :(

Went there last night around 7:45 pm and pressed the order button. Waited about 10 minutes and pressed it again, nobody answered. Didn't get served or anything. Save your time and gas and don't go to this location. What's crazy too is that other people who came after me were served.

My family and I used to go to this Sonic all the time, and when we discovered the app for half priced drinks, we were excited. However, the app glitched for us, saying that they're still making our order, even on a different day. I asked a worker, Jermaine, if he could help us out because of the app glitch. He said he could take care of it and give us half price drinks, but right before he placed the order, the manager, Marcel, stopped him and told him that he could not give us a discount because it wasn't a problem on THEIR end, it was a problem with the app itself. This is not the first time that Marcel has stopped us from having discounts to our food because of a terrible app, but it will be the last now. She has zero customer service skills, and shes more concerned about making a few more pennies in sales than customer satisfaction.
