I would eat these noodles frequently if they weren't so far from me. Take advantage of this noodle shop if you live or work anywhere near it. Probably the best authentic noodle house in the metro area. Very much like street food I had in Hong Kong. Except it is up to American health standards. Go get some noodles.“

The guys working behind the counter were polite and friendly and promptly worked on my sandwich when I ordered. I ordered the medium and immediately regretted it because I probably could have easily gotten by on one of the smaller options because the medium is quite large. I can only imagine how big the large is. It tasted fresh and was a little messy (as it should be) with lots of cheese, peppers and onions, and the hot and sweet peppers as well. I wish there were one of these closer to me because I would probably go fairly often if so. I'll definitely go by hair again if I am in this area though.“

“Great toasted sandwiches! There's no locations close to where I live, but when I do decide to come here, it never disappoints! My last trip was during a lunch hour rush so we did wait a bit, but we were not in a rush. I do recommend ordering ahead on their website like many others did! There were a lot of people that walked from their offices to this location.

“We used to drive locally to castle rock venue but I was referred to this location in highlands ranch and the entire check list was demonstrably superior The place was ten times nicer ambiance and tastefully decorated and modern. Above all a very clean and well kept restaurant We had a fantastic hibachi chef. We got a sudden birthday disco like lighting surprise for my wife. The food was immaculate for all concerned. When I called Panera to sort it out, the manager was so kind and compassionate. She had my order remade, threw in a complimentary cookie and brownie, and had one of her catering drivers deliver it within 10 minutes. The service and kindness was above and beyond and deeply appreciated! Thank you for making my daughter’s birthday extra special!“
