The quality of the ingredients should make the food rating much higher. But the blandness of the Kung Po ruined it for me. They have seating but no table service. It is overall a nice establishment.

First time ordering & I'll be honest, I wasn't pleased with their food, their Lo Mein noodles are super thick & sticky, their Chicken Teriyaki was very bland & the chicken has a stringy like texture & no sauce on it. The crab cheese wontons were actually good 👍

The food is pretty good…. But the customer service is absolutely awful! The manager or owner “Michael” is very rude and lies to his customers over and over. We ordered food at 530 pm via phone and was told it would be about an hour. At 7pm, I called, got some answering service apparently that told me the driver was just down the street..at 730pm I had to drive to the store to ask about my food that I was STILL waiting on… two hours later. When I arrived found out that they had actually not even started on my order. The ticket was just sitting on the counter. We ordered 100$ worth of food. Michaels only excuse was it’s “hot”. That’s not an excuse when I have a 4 year old at home starving!!! You should not be lying to your customers as Honesty goes very far and I would have been way more understanding of the truth was told for over 2 hours! The restaurant smelt horrible inside and had a bunch of boxes and crap in their dinning room area so no where to sit. The front was full of people waiting. Hours and 22 minutes later! Michael wouldn’t even come talk to me because he was to “busy” A manager is never too busy to talk to a customer that’s asking to speak to one. Apparently they have an answering service taking the orders remotely and have no idea what’s going on at the actual restaurant!! That’s awful to do for a restaurant, especially if you’re that busy. With not being onsite at the restaurant when I called at 7pm to check on where my food was , you think the lady would of at least Called the actual kitchen and asked where my food was not just saying it was right down the street.. the worst customer service for a restaurant ever. Highly recommend not calling in orders or asking for delivery as you won’t get your food.

Food was so good!! Christmas Eve and these guys were getting berated by a crazy person for no good reason, but my food came out hot, fresh, and very quickly considering how busy they were. We will be back!

We order take out from Spice 8 a lot for a long time now, these last few times quality and taste has gone down dramatically we came back time and time again hoping we’d get the good food we once had gotten but have since been disappointed but this time just wasn’t right at all food was barely edible dinner ruined kids sad, it will be our last time patronizing this establishment. Very disappointing.

I ordered for delivery, nothing crazy just 2 entree and 1 app. They said 40-60 min wait. 90 minutes later I call asking where the order is and they say it’s out for delivery, 10 minutes more. ANOTHER 15 minutes later they call em saying they forgot the order and offered a cheese wanton. I don’t want a cheese wanton, I want my order. They gave some excuse about card having already gone through so they can’t give discount, which maybe maybe not I don’t know, but just really poor service from an otherwise good restaurant. Took over 1 hour and 40 min to get the food…

The food tasted good. Hot and sour soup and wontons were good, but I was really craving some general tsp’s, and they got my order wrong.

Today we ordered Calamari, gyoza, coconut shrimp, crab rangoons, general tso chicken, lo mein, fried rice and and peanut chicken.. let me tell you this was a FEAST! DELICIOUS 😋 great prices, great portions the food was EXCEPTIONAL for delivery which also arrived just slightly ahead of schedule! 10/10 today. Great dinner 🍽 😋

Very small place, but really good food!

This was the first time I have been here. They did not offer dine I service, only take away. So don't plan to come in and sit to eat here. As long as you plan on take out it is worth trying. They gave plenty of food for a lunch portion.
