Would give 0 stars if I could I placed in order online for drive thru, get to the drive thru and tell them my name they tell me to come to the window… so at the window they tell me they’re working on it and then 10 minutes they come with some random drink I tell them it’s not right and show the receipt and then they sent a rude lady to come tell me to circle around because they need to cash out the people behind me and refused to give me my drink. They told me to call customer care for a refund.
There sizes changed or something I got the cookie crumble frap .the large and it was half the size and tasted badly way differently then I remember it being when getting it at a drive thru somewhere els. I wouldn't recommend this one

Intentionally making the order incorrect and loosing the spunky customer service energy becoming short and rude after discovering I did not tip while standing at the counter for my order is unacceptable and inappropriate. Tip culture is trash

The day I was there, service and product was excellent! I met a friend and we were both treated so well and totally enjoyed our drinks. We sat and chatted for several hours. During that time, we watched how the team treated others and it was always respectful and friendly. We'll be going back!
So where do I pick up my hot tea? At the register or at the end of the counter with all other drinks are Picked up?
We run into a weird issue about this at every Starbucks that we visit. I get an Americano and my husband gets hot tea and we usually wait forever for his tea and then have to ask where is my tea? Please help us with this issue.

I just had an amazing experience here with a gentleman named Parker! He went above and beyond for me in the drive thru! I didn't have any cash for a tip, but if I did, he would be getting a 20 from me! He gave me a bag for my food, then offered me a drink carrier as well. Since I only had two drinks, he offered me a carrier with a bag, put stickers on the lids of the drinks, and gave me straws with out asking! If I could I would give them 10 stars!
Slowest Starbucks in have ever been to.
Great people working there!

I went through the drive-thru, but when I tell you he was AMAZING the 3x I've been there, I mean, he was AMAZING. Nice, personable, drink was PERFECT, and he filled my Stanley with ice water. I didn't get his name (he had long blond hair pulled up), but I will update.

I visited this Starbucks with a special needs client of mine we made a big purchase. We sat down had our breakfast and coffee. After my client was finished with her food and Coffee, She approached the counter and politely asked for an ice water. The Employee was very rude to her and told her No she has to be a paying customer and told her to leave.

We visit just about every day, we LOVE working with Sally and most of the team. Lately things have declined and one particular employee has been nothing but rude. Every time I have to interact with her, she has something negative to say and always starts it off with “for future reference” and by the end of the conversation has a very forced and fake “have a great day”. I’m sorry but that is not good customer service to correct a customer on a simple thing that should have been asked.
I had the worst latte I had in a long time. Not sure what was going on that day.
Ordered a grande blonde roast with splash of oatmilk. Got dark roast with cream and lukewarm at best.
