The employees are great and greet you when you come in. When the changed the Chai I was going to stop coming. Emma asked want to help me find a way to make it the way I like it. She did a fantastic job. Emma went way above a d beyond. This location is always clean and music is perfect. Erin the store manager is awesome. Again, all employees at this location are just fabulous.

Another starbucks messed up my drink so I stopped by to this one to have it remade. They didn't remake it for me since I didn't have a Receipt even though I have my drink in hand all full and with the sticker on the side with the time stamped on it.
Worst Starbucks ever

Easily one of the worst Starbucks in the entire district. The manager carries herself like she’s running a Fortune 500 company while failing to manage a basic fast food coffee shop. The store is disorganized, the staff looks annoyed that customers even exist, and the overall attitude is painfully unprofessional. Service is consistently lukewarm and slow, like every order is some massive burden instead of their literal job. The employees openly stare and act irritated when you approach the counter, as if you interrupted their day by ordering coffee at a coffee shop. The bathrooms are dirty, the drinks taste off, and the whole place is poorly maintained. Strangely, if you come later in the afternoon, the younger staff members are noticeably more polite and welcoming than the adults running the place earlier.

Kinda sad I spend $7 for a drink and it’s not full, and the cold foam isn’t how it’s supposed to be. We purchased 2 drinks and neither one of them were full. And the cold foam was so watery it blended with our drinks

I tried to pay for my order with a $100 bill and was told it is against their policy to accept $100 bills. Dumb, dumb, dumb.

Would give 0 stars if I could I placed in order online for drive thru, get to the drive thru and tell them my name they tell me to come to the window… so at the window they tell me they’re working on it and then 10 minutes they come with some random drink I tell them it’s not right and show the receipt and then they sent a rude lady to come tell me to circle around because they need to cash out the people behind me and refused to give me my drink. They told me to call customer care for a refund.
There sizes changed or something I got the cookie crumble frap .the large and it was half the size and tasted badly way differently then I remember it being when getting it at a drive thru somewhere els. I wouldn't recommend this one

Intentionally making the order incorrect and loosing the spunky customer service energy becoming short and rude after discovering I did not tip while standing at the counter for my order is unacceptable and inappropriate. Tip culture is trash

The day I was there, service and product was excellent! I met a friend and we were both treated so well and totally enjoyed our drinks. We sat and chatted for several hours. During that time, we watched how the team treated others and it was always respectful and friendly. We'll be going back!
So where do I pick up my hot tea? At the register or at the end of the counter with all other drinks are Picked up?
We run into a weird issue about this at every Starbucks that we visit. I get an Americano and my husband gets hot tea and we usually wait forever for his tea and then have to ask where is my tea? Please help us with this issue.

I just had an amazing experience here with a gentleman named Parker! He went above and beyond for me in the drive thru! I didn't have any cash for a tip, but if I did, he would be getting a 20 from me! He gave me a bag for my food, then offered me a drink carrier as well. Since I only had two drinks, he offered me a carrier with a bag, put stickers on the lids of the drinks, and gave me straws with out asking! If I could I would give them 10 stars!
Slowest Starbucks in have ever been to.
