Well located off of I-25 & Arapahoe. The positive, plenty of seating, the negative, so busy with drive through that they loose focus on in-store customers. It took me 15 minutes to get my drink, and I'd probably still be waiting I'd I hadn't said something.

This is by far the worst Starbucks in Centennial. Service is rude, slow, they are constantly under staffed so the line takes forever. Average wait time is out of control. Mobile hours/availability have no consistency. Hire better people, all the surrounding Starbucks in the area put this location to shame.

The cashier was very sweet and started the morning out great. But the older lady making drinks was completely all over the place. I was the first one in line and ordered a pumpkin loaf that the cashier got out to me immediately. But the older lady making the drinks made every single online order and customer order before my PEPPERMINT HOT CHOCOLATE. By the end of the 20 mins I was waiting I asked about it and she gave me a tall (I asked for a grande) with no peppermint. It took her 2 seconds to make my drink and still made it wrong. I was the first one in line and the last one to get my drink. Terrible!!!
