I placed a mobile order for the drive-through which I typically don’t do and if I ever have to order here again, I will not do wait about 10 minutes in the drive-through line behind four cars for me to be handed my drink while the guy was nice and apologize for the late seemed a little excessive Especially before 7 AM on a Saturday

Don’t mobile order for the drive thru here, because you will be waiting way over the estimated time, and you’ll wait through the whole drive thru line just to have them tell you to pull around to go inside and wait for your drink, despite being able to make the peoples drinks who order at the drive thru speaker in a reasonable amount of time. There were only 3 people in the drive thru when we came so it wasn’t like it was an extremely busy time. But this is the 3rd time this has happened to us at this location.

I asked for super light ice, and she filled my entire cup up with ice. How hard is it to put 2-5 ice cubes in a cup? I drink my venti cold brew throughout the entire day, sometimes two days, and now my $6 coffee is going to be watered down with ice. I would not have written this review, but she reconfirmed with me over my order that she’d just put a few ice cubes in it. Listening is fundamental!

Wait times are excessive at this location even if you are the only customer there. (I understand certain coffees take time to make but i frequent other locations and don’t have to wait nearly as long as this store unless there’s a long line) store manager tells employees to tell all customers they need to wait 12 minutes after ordering to pick up the drink as they are handing customer the finished product. It doesn’t matter if you’re early, on time, or late; they will still tell you this. It’s honestly annoying and unnecessary! Nobody is rushing you, just let the customer sit and wait at the window. If you’re having a problem getting the drinks made within the time frame provided in the mobile app then just don’t come to the window until you are ready. It would be a much more logical and simpler solution then telling all of your customers to wait longer while handing them their completed order at the same time. For this reason, this location has lost my business.
