I ordered a 1/2 decaf English Toffee Latte. They didn’t have English toffee syrup. So they decided to make me an English breakfast tea latte with toffee syrup…?? I asked how they made it half caffeinated, and the response was, “ I added toffee syrup”. The only similarity between the drink I ordered, and the one I received was that they used milk, there was toffee syrup, and the word English is in the name. She offered to make me a drink, but at that point, she was visibly upset because I asked for what I ordered and you don’t want a drink from a person you have offended. I hope that in the future, if you don’t know how to make the drink someone ordered that you would just ask them what they mean instead of creating some thing that they didn’t want and serve it to them, expecting them to be happy with it. As a former partner at Starbucks I was pretty shocked at the lack of knowledge of coffee in general. I usually leave pretty good reviews because I am appreciative of the service and understand that type of work . This was pretty weird though.

Not only are the drinks made wonderfully here, but the staff is amazing. We had our car break down in the drive thru and everyone was so helpful and kind to us. We were so nervous and they all stayed so calm and reassuring. Can’t recommend this store enough, they’re fabulous!
We were at Starbucks tonight and the attendant was extremely racist, xenophobic and uneducated. She took our money, extremely irritated, harassing him and saying that they would close in thirty seconds, then throwing the coins and barely responding to us when we tried to see how to make the change easier, she treated us very badly, I mentioned the horrible service and they thought it was bad . I continued talking about the terrible service and leaving, the other attendant started clapping when I called them racist, I took my cell phone to film and he hid. We paid for two coffees, a croissant and a lemon cake, but they didn't give us the lemon cake, after we left the store we realized that we left without the cake and came back after all, we paid for it. The staff refused to welcome us and deliver our lemon cake which we paid for! Horrible service, terrible experience with extremely racist and xenophobic employees and I still felt robbed for not having my cake or my money. I want and want my cake money back, it's not much, but it's my money!!!!!

Make sure you double check your food (do their job for them) because countless times they will put the wrong sticker on the wrong food item. Needless to say, serving food for them seems to be too hard a task for these geniuses.

Amazing, all I could've ever hoped for. They've done it this time, i assure you my drink is at least 1/4th caramel and thats EXACTLY how I wanted it. Even more than the last time I reviewed this drink it is perfect, my boyfriend and I couldn't be more happy with our order
