The staff are usually good here, but today we obviously had the B team. They hooked up their friend making their weird custom drink first (which they discussed for a while), even though they came in after me. Then, after the wait they made my drink (which was not complicated and was right off the menu) wrong. I had to leave for an appointment and just needed some caffeine. No coffee for me today, I guess.

The new furniture arrangement makes no sense for the customers. The hot drink sleeves are on the opposite side of the store from where one picks up their drinks!
The cozy chair vignette is directly across from the busiest area (the cashier/ order spot) who wants to sit and stay in that chaotic spot!?
Anyone can move furniture. Maybe try being thoughtful about it!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had the BEST experience at my local Starbucks today! The whole crew was absolutely amazing — so friendly, welcoming, and sweet. A special shout-out to Stenfani, who went above and beyond! I accidentally dropped my drink, and without hesitation, they remade it for me with such kindness and zero judgment. That level of customer service is rare and truly appreciated. This location is now my favorite — not just for the delicious drinks, but for the incredible people who make every visit a bright spot in my day. Thank you for being the BEST team ever!

Stephanie and Wyatt are incredible!! They were so inviting and had such a fun vibe going; laughing, dancing, and making drinks!! The district manager was Ticia and was there having fun too! The Salted Caramel Cold Foam Cold Brew with caramel drizzle was scrumptious. My brother had a lovely White Chocolate Mocha. Thank you so much for the Monday morning drinks!

Orders are always accurate and done well. I’m pregnant and have been ordering here multiple times a week for a while now as it’s one of my biggest cravings. I also think people make human errors and sometimes forget to add “cookie crumbles” because things happen! :)

Rip off and they can't even make the drink correctly, never tip before services rendered. This is why I don't , I ordered the mocha cookie crumble and obviously they didn't know how to make it, no cookie crumble at all and charged over 7 dollars, what a joke!
