This is the worst service I've ever ordered at Starbucks. I chose one without ice, and they directly made me a cup of matcha full of foam. There is no matcha flavor at all. In the picture, the amount of a large cup is only a quarter at the end, and the rest is all foam. If you can't make matcha without ice, you can disable the de-icing function. It's simply deceiving consumers.

I went to the Starbucks that was off of Quincy and Piccadilly. I don't usually go to the Starbucks but probably will start going. Everybody was incredibly kind. My only comment would be to please educate the staff that coffee mochas without whipped cream only get one quarter inch of foam. This seems to be a common problem wherever I go to a Starbucks. I love Starbucks I think Jerome runs a tight ship. Thank you everybody.

Went through drive thru and paid $13 for two small pink drinks as a treat for the kiddos. As we’re pulling out of the parking lot I hear ā€œWe forgot to say ā€˜no ice’.ā€ Kids are sitting there with full cups of ice and the drink is already gone. They can’t even reach the boba I paid the extra $1.25 for.

We were on our way somewhere so I stopped at another location to request a remake and was told that’s just how it’s made, ā€œnext time order a larger sizeā€, and basically accused of trying scam them for free drinks. I ultimately called corporate and got a refund.

I’m writing this review because this isn’t the only issue. A few years ago they started making their Chai really watery. ā€œThe trick is to ask for two shots!ā€ I get the caramel macchiato and it’s 50% foam, so I have to remember to ask for no foam. Now I get the pink drink and I have to remember to ask for no ice.

Starbucks has gone from a fun treat on a girls’ day to a stressful experience, almost a game, where you have to remember to tell them how to make your drink correctly or you’re going to be disappointed and there are no redos because the staff is ā€œjust trying to pay my billsā€. I’m over it. I can go to McD for a mediocre drink at 1/3 the cost and better service. Good luck trying to sell $6 cups of ice during a recession.

The most rudest customer service ever!!! I came in to this location today at 5:00pm May 1st 2025. And by far the worst experience I have ever had! The lady that is working drive thru needs to be fired! She is very unprofessional and does not know how to talk to people. Because of her! I will not come to this location ever Again!!!

Went to the Drive-through my drink was incorrect so I had to go in the store then I had to wait 15 minutes to get mine drink while I watched 30 other people get theirs who ordered after me.
