The food was fine. I normally go to a different Starbucks but today I went there and the atmosphere was just not happening. I stood there about 10 minutes or a little more and waited for my food and my drink the whole time I was there I noticed not one person smiled at any point or spoke to the customers in a kind way, or even smiled at each other. They just extremely mad and didnât like they didnât wanna be there. I know Customer Service is a hard job, but thatâs just crazy to me to think that not one person in their smile the whole time I was there even a little smile. I normally go to the one on Quincy and Piccadilly and that is my home Starbucks and they are like a Starbucks family. They are always happy.

There is a worker named âKATâ and OMG, lost this customer and all her friends and family for the entire store. Just canât even tell you how bad of an experience she delivered then ASKED literally ASKED almost BEGGED for a tip. Well here ya go Kat here is your tip: get a new job you ruin the atmosphere of a whole unity and you make life miserable there. Howâs that âtipâ. Donât ask or beg for a tip if you donât want it known. Cheer to the rest of you!
