I love this Starbucks. It’s convenient as it’s right by my job, and they never miss. Every time I go here Im greeted with amazingly positive attitudes and they greet me by name at the window when Im picking up a mobile order. Many of their employees have come to recognize me and always have something nice to say or they pass on their positivity and it really goes a long way. By far my favorite Starbucks to visit 💚

the Asian girl making drinks wouldn’t acknowledge I was there but as soon as I grabbed the order that I was picking up she gave me an attitude like I was beneath her! Maybe a good morning, hello? Maybe smile.. if you hate your job get a new one, no one wakes up in the morning wanting to deal with another persons attitude.

We went here for years until they started messing up. I would pick up coffee for my wife almost daily, but then they started ignoring her instructions for using lactos free milk in her coffee. Last year around this time, I had several terrible service experiences, which is why we eventually switched to the one down the road.
We had to use this location again today for the first time in a year and, of course, they ignored the instructions again and used regular milk. Customer service was mediocre at best.
I would highly recommend just using one of the other locations nearby...
I don't know who at this store needs to hear this, but lactose intolerance is a massive pain and anyone caught adding lactose to a lactose-free order should absolutely be fired. Allergies are not something to just be ignored.
Dietary restrictions: They cannot get the orders right. Constantly add regular milk to orders with lactose free milk substitute.
Parking: Parking here is an absolute joke. They needed to make the parking lot wider and it would have been nice if there had been a few more parking spaces.

First I had to wait to order and everyone doing nothing. I bought a cup from them and asked them to rinse it and they ask me to do it in the bathroom. And that is unhuman and when I talked to the supervisor she was rude. This place will profile you if you are not white.
