This has been the second time I’ve picked up at this location and there is a language barrier at this restaurant. I ordered a meatball sub with extra provolone and salt pepper and oregano. The other sub was a turkey cheese olives. The gal added olives to the meatball sub. I had her pull them off. I feel you need to be able to understand orders had we just picked up the order would have been wrong and my husband cannot have olives. What can to do for us? Thank you
Fourteen dollars for a six-inch sub and a drink??? I was amazed. Not going back there again!
One woman working didn’t speak a lick of English. Didn’t know how to use the register. Was on FaceTime the whole time with someone giving her instructions who also didn’t speak English. Had her phone on the food line and was holding it as she prepared food which is gross. My online order took 40 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready. Don’t come here
My bread barely had any Italian seasoning or cheese, it may as well have just been plain white bread instead of Italian herb and cheese. Also it was hardly toasted at all. Think something is wrong with the oven they have at this location.
It is 1:16. Some would consider this still a lunch rush. 1 poor lady working. I come here often. 2-3x a month and it’s the same thing always. Whoever owns this should be ashamed and maybe spend some time in their store to make sure it is being managed correctly.
Also, the worker in the second photo spends his entire day on FaceTime making food. Strange.
Lmao.nobody speaks English. You ask for tuna and get ham. You ask for mayo and get chipotle. They get your order wrong and are mad when you say yeah Ima need you to remake that. I’ll never come back here. Garbage.
This Subway is the cleanest I’ve ever been to and has the best sandwiches. Thank you, Jose for making our experience awesome!
Play behind the counter did not speak English and did not have an interpreter at the store working with her, how do you expect non-spanish-speaking people to order food? She did not know the menu or what she was doing. We could have told your employee what to do and how to do it and she would have willingly done it without knowing any better. Obviously management is unprofessional and does not know how to run a store.
Did an online order for pick up. There was 2 other customers in the store, it was not busy. Staff was rude, and the girl with red hair was busy flirting with the customers that came in and messed up our entire order, wrong ingredients/missing ingredient: wrong bread and gave us different cookies then what we had ordered. Waited over 30 minutes past the time it said the order would be ready. Don’t recommend coming to this subway if you want order to be completely botched.

Had an amazing experience at this subway yesterday. The manager Adrian took his time to make my sandwich my way, exactly how I like it. Cookies to were baked to perfection. Customer service was on point. Will be back.

Just sucky!!! Arrived and Ordered 3 foot longs.. and they were out of a lot of stuff...I wanted a meatball sub and they had no meat balls, they had no onions no mayo no chipotle sauce peppers were all mixed up no salt or pepper like what the heck is going on here:(.

Cookie has been eaten then put back in the cook tray for sale . Also saw a homeless man come out the bathroom and he looked very dirty and disgusting. Very unhealthy. Veggies looked dry. Place was dirty.
