Too expensive, service too slowly, too not understanding what I tell

Had an amazing experience at this subway yesterday. The manager Adrian took his time to make my sandwich my way, exactly how I like it. Cookies to were baked to perfection. Customer service was on point. Will be back.

Just sucky!!! Arrived and Ordered 3 foot longs.. and they were out of a lot of stuff...I wanted a meatball sub and they had no meat balls, they had no onions no mayo no chipotle sauce peppers were all mixed up no salt or pepper like what the heck is going on here:(.

Cookie has been eaten then put back in the cook tray for sale . Also saw a homeless man come out the bathroom and he looked very dirty and disgusting. Very unhealthy. Veggies looked dry. Place was dirty.

The guys only job was to get the meat slicer to slice ham for a sandwich and couldn’t even do that. Left with nothing.

I’ve been here a few times telling myself it’ll be better this time but it never fails to stay the same. This subway is so incredibly slow and the staff move at a snails pace with little to no care what so ever. I’ve asked for olives and it was the very bottom of the tin and they just plopped the remaining 5 small pieces in a footling and called it good. I’ve had a guy visibly dropping sweat on sandwiches. None the less it shouldn’t take half an hour to get a sandwich made when it’s 3 in the afternoon.
Showed up at 8:58pm google says closed at 9:30pm, walked up to the door and was waived away by the employee saying it was closed. Not happy. Would rate 0 stars if I could.

We ordered from here on April 26 two subs and a side kick it was a delivery order placed via the subway website around 8:30 pm. Our order was canceled without any contact from anyone when we called the restaurant nobody would answer the phone. No refund was issued on the 37.00 order. It's now May 7th and still no refund. I called the restaurant the Monday after the order was placed and was told that it was doordash who canceled my order and owes me a refund. Doordash let us know the restaurant was closed when their driver showed up and that they had refunded the money to subway who refuses to give our money back to us. Beware ordering from this location. If I could leave no stars I would. I was offered food for pickup deemed free, food we paid for plus fees and tips for delivery that we weren't being reimbursed for..... we disputed it with our bank after two weeks and no refund. Again, avoid this location. It's all around horrible.Update May 16th- no refund still. I'll never eat subway again. This is the worst experience I've ever gone through trying to order some food to eat after working all day.

Show up at 8:45pm to get something to eat and they are already closed. Sign still Lit up saying "OPEN". Worker yells through door saying they are closed. Sign on door say open til 9:30 on a Saturday. Explain this Subway. Sign say 9:30 means your open till 9:30. Get it together!
