Came here on a Saturday afternoon for Lunch. Absolutely the worst subway I have been too. They only have wheat bread, limited protein options, and the veggies all looked like they had been sitting out too long. Not to mention lettuce, onions, or tomatoes weren’t an option. My husband asked for onions and was given the juice on his sandwich. Also, no drink options. The soda machine had “no” stickers on all the options and the cooler was completely empty. Very disappointed.
After getting to my destination and starting to eat my sandwich I noticed that the grilled chicken was still freezing cold and the cheese was still in whole pieces. I asked for my sandwich to be toasted. Only ate it because I’m 5 months pregnant and was absolutely starving… but extremely unhappy.

Not only was store 81°, but there was no drinks at all, no lettuce, no bacon,and the staff didnt speak English very well. Paid over 30 bucks for two regular sandwiches and 6 inch kids.

Waited for 20 minutes with one worker. It was evident she did not understand or speak English. After we finished waiting and tried to order there was no meat options. We left without ordering.

By far the best subway in a 20 mile radius. Sandwich doesn’t feel skimpy, looks amazing, and the employees were so warm and welcoming like this was a real passion for them. I got the meal of the day as a footlong. It was fantastic! Thank you!

Went back next day. Compare these titan turkey pics to my post at the subway connected to the UCHealth hospital off Colfax. Enough said.

i got two subs the meat was to be heated up and it was frozen very disappointed worst subs i have ever had ended up in the trash.

Ordered a steak & cheese on flatbread and asked for toasted. Didn’t get it toasted. Had to heat up at home and eat hot lettuce and soft bread because of it.

This has been the second time I’ve picked up at this location and there is a language barrier at this restaurant. I ordered a meatball sub with extra provolone and salt pepper and oregano. The other sub was a turkey cheese olives. The gal added olives to the meatball sub. I had her pull them off. I feel you need to be able to understand orders had we just picked up the order would have been wrong and my husband cannot have olives. What can to do for us? Thank you

Fourteen dollars for a six-inch sub and a drink??? I was amazed. Not going back there again!

One woman working didn’t speak a lick of English. Didn’t know how to use the register. Was on FaceTime the whole time with someone giving her instructions who also didn’t speak English. Had her phone on the food line and was holding it as she prepared food which is gross. My online order took 40 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready. Don’t come here

My bread barely had any Italian seasoning or cheese, it may as well have just been plain white bread instead of Italian herb and cheese. Also it was hardly toasted at all. Think something is wrong with the oven they have at this location.

It is 1:16. Some would consider this still a lunch rush. 1 poor lady working. I come here often. 2-3x a month and it’s the same thing always. Whoever owns this should be ashamed and maybe spend some time in their store to make sure it is being managed correctly.

Also, the worker in the second photo spends his entire day on FaceTime making food. Strange.
