I had a coupon for 2 foot longs. Sandwiches were made and bagged. She said she has to charge for extra cheese with the coupon or they don't make money. They were already skimpy on the toppings. I told her I would pay the coupon price, but not for extra cheese that I didn't order or get.
She chose to keep the sandwiches, and I gave another business my money.
She said she is the owner.

The customer service is terrible because the manager who is working there is rude. We noticed that he was the only person working and all the other employees have quit. It's not a secret why. Especially how he treats the customers. Trust me, you want to order and leave as soon as possible. He only serves 3 kinds of bread don't ask for anything else, and God help you if you ask for more of a vegetable. He tells you they only give 3 tiny portions that's it. Don't bother him for any more or you get a lecture.

Manager is very accommodating. He is willing to deliver a custom sandwich to curbside.. He has veggie patties upon request.
I am actually so shocked to see this subway location not reviewed higher honestly!
Look when I go to subway, 9 out of 10 times, its a bad time. But when I want to go to subway and only want people who are kind and actually efficient and seem to care about owning subway, I go to this location. They are always so kind and seem to put effort into their location.
As far as subways goes, in my friend group, we call this location "the good subway" or "the subway where the people are actually nice"
We frequent subway often and will go out of our way to go to this location

Doesn't honor coupons from the app. Instead of telling you they don't participate on the app, they wait until you show up to tell you. Probably thinking you'll purchase anyway since you're there. Funny thing is the transaction is still pending from my account.

I witness my final frustrating experience at this establishment that I feel compelled to share. As a frequent customer, I was always disheartened by the owner's rude behavior towards not only high school kids but also employees and customers alike. It seems that there’s a lack of respect and professionalism that permeates the atmosphere.
The final straw for me was when my online order I placed was abruptly canceled without any notification. I had used a BOGO code that the Subway site accepted, which led me to believe I was following the rules. Instead of receiving a courtesy call to explain the situation, I was left in the dark. If the franchise doesn’t want to honor such promotions, they should ensure their website is updated to prevent confusion.
This disregard for communication and respect towards customers is unacceptable. I refuse to support a business that treats its clientele and staff with such rudeness. It’s truly disappointing, as I had hoped for a more positive experience. I won’t be returning, and I encourage others to consider their options.

The customer service was excellent! Both guys were very friendly and helpful. The food was great! I almost didn't go there because a couple of angry, sensitive people gave such low, vengeful reviews. These reviews can absolutely ruin a business.

Came in with a valid Subway coupon… (buy one footlong, get one free) they said “we don’t take this” lmaoooo. Bro. This was a wild interaction because… you are Subway. Telling us to check-in with you before I bring a coupon is crazy. Kinda invalidates the idea of a coupon, right?
After threatening to leave to another Subway, he finally decided to give us 2 footlongs for $12.99 (which is the same thing lmaoooo).
The attitude of this place is terrible because they only care about upcharging. Appreciate it because we’re not coming back.

Worst customer service ever. Ordered three foot long subs from their app. Arrived at restaurant early to pick up however in no rush. I wanted to add some chips and some sidekicks. Employee so rude asked if I was in a hurry I said no he said well I still have six minutes then started arguing with me so much yelling being just down right rude and I was actually there to order more food. My kids frequent this location from the school multiple times a week. I have notified the school of the managers behavior and then I canceled the order. This owner is not a good representative of Subway.

If I could give no stars I would. Please do not waste your money on this subway location. Went to this restaurant, when we saw that there was no one in line and no one in the store on a Friday at dinner rush hour, that should have been a dead giveaway, maybe we should turn around and leave. We went through with the order only to receive 2 and a half scoops of steak on a footlong steak and cheese. I thought they gave at least 4 scoops on a footlong. They didn't honor the coupons. The Asian lady, I'm assuming is the owner, was watching the entire time while the kids were making the sandwiches, barely any toppings and meat on any of the sandwiches. When it came time to put an sauces on the sandwich's, we received one line of the sauce. Had to ask for a little more so that at least we could say we had a little bit of something on the bread. Bread was hard, it was definitely sitting there for a while. I would not be surprised if it was from a previous day and reheated. I spent $32.00 on 3 sandwiches and this is what we received. I only hope corporate sees these bad reviews and does something about this location.

Found out he put have chicken/ tuna on my bacon/ chicken sandwich... terrible I'm allergic to tuna never again ?
OWNER/ STORE MANAGER IS A SAD EXCUSE. Little bug or beetle in my sandwich. Called to get a refund and was told there was no way there could have been a bug in my sandwich as she personally made it. Offered to remake the sandwich IF I brought it back to the store. Was told in order to receive a refund I would have to call back in 4 days to speak with a manager.
Called to speak with manager - blamed me for the bug being in my sandwich and proceeded to call me stupid and a liar and then hung up on me. The worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Just baffled that this was the response I received from a Store Manager sad really truly.
