Where to start. I ordered in the app and used the buy 1 get 1 for $1 promo. When I arrived the lady, who I assume is the franchisee based on my interaction, told me that they do not participate in that promotion so next time they would cancel my order. I was honestly a little taken aback. The app specifically showed participating location in a yellow bubble above the address. I told her they should probably reach out to corporate because the app says they are and she basically said they did but it did matter. I told her I also needed to order a kids meal because I couldn’t online. I told her that next time I would be sure to take my business elsewhere. I was super irritated and told her that it’s not really my fault as a customer that subway chooses to run promos and doesn’t compensate them. She told me well if it’s a bigger order like $20 they will do it. Okay so my almost $15 combined orders weren’t enough. Got it. She also told me that from the “$5 sandwiches” subway takes their cut of sales, and there’s the costs of ingredients, labor, electric, and rent. I told her that’s ridiculous. Did you turn on the lights right when I walked in? No! Your rent is the same whether I walked in the door or not. It’s not dependent on customer count. So they would rather not have my business than less money. I asked when they stopped participating in the promo and she said they never have. I told her that was crazy because this is probably the 5th time I’ve order from there using that promo, although the last time was 3-4 months ago. So I order the kids meal. She asks “what kind of bread?” I said Italian herb and cheese. She said kids meals are only white or wheat. Insert eye roll here. Pretty sure my kid has only ever gotten Italian herb and cheese but whatever. It’s just bread. She makes the sandwich and I go to pay. She clicks through to the payment screen so fast I don’t have time to enter my rewards number. I had to have her go back so I could. Seems intentional since she knew I had one from ordering online. So I go to leave and ask for the applesauce that comes with the kids MEAL that I ordered. She told me they don’t have it. I pointed to the menu and said it shows a kids meal comes with applesauce and milk. She told me she only charged me for a mini sandwich. That’s great, BUT THATS NOT WHAT I ORDERED! So beware if you choose this location. They only want your business if you spend enough money. And don’t try to order the buy 1 get 1 deal or they may cancel your order.

Subs always great. Toppings are always clean and fresh.
The place is spotlessly clean.

Customer service from the high school kids is excellent. Great workers.
Reasonable prices too.

Very cool and clean atmosphere, workers super nice and and me and my friend went there for some nachos a sandwich and a cookie and the worker decided to give us a cookie on the house. Overall great subway

This WORST sandwiches we ever had!!!!!! Rotten veggies a whole bunch of mayo looks like slop!
My meatball sandwich no cheese tiny meatballs hardly any sauce also slip!!!! WORST EVER! WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!!!

Workers are kind and nice and place is super clean.
Made my sandwichs perfect and quick and even got to chat with the workers. Some subways in my area have some issues with drinks or their toasters but here, everything worked beautifully.

Placed order in app using a bogo deal that was advertised by the restaurant itself on Google maps (photo taken). They also used the bogo deal to steal my personal information under the guise of signing up for a rewards program. Then they canceled my order while keeping that information. They told me they don't participate in bogo despite them advertising it... I use to work for the owner and his wife at one point actually assaulted me over the steak weighing 0.1 extra. I recommend anyone even if he is paying you to get out now.

I had a coupon for 2 foot longs. Sandwiches were made and bagged. She said she has to charge for extra cheese with the coupon or they don't make money. They were already skimpy on the toppings. I told her I would pay the coupon price, but not for extra cheese that I didn't order or get.
She chose to keep the sandwiches, and I gave another business my money.
She said she is the owner.

The customer service is terrible because the manager who is working there is rude. We noticed that he was the only person working and all the other employees have quit. It's not a secret why. Especially how he treats the customers. Trust me, you want to order and leave as soon as possible. He only serves 3 kinds of bread don't ask for anything else, and God help you if you ask for more of a vegetable. He tells you they only give 3 tiny portions that's it. Don't bother him for any more or you get a lecture.

Manager is very accommodating. He is willing to deliver a custom sandwich to curbside.. He has veggie patties upon request.

I am actually so shocked to see this subway location not reviewed higher honestly!

Look when I go to subway, 9 out of 10 times, its a bad time. But when I want to go to subway and only want people who are kind and actually efficient and seem to care about owning subway, I go to this location. They are always so kind and seem to put effort into their location.

As far as subways goes, in my friend group, we call this location "the good subway" or "the subway where the people are actually nice"
We frequent subway often and will go out of our way to go to this location

Doesn't honor coupons from the app. Instead of telling you they don't participate on the app, they wait until you show up to tell you. Probably thinking you'll purchase anyway since you're there. Funny thing is the transaction is still pending from my account.

I witness my final frustrating experience at this establishment that I feel compelled to share. As a frequent customer, I was always disheartened by the owner's rude behavior towards not only high school kids but also employees and customers alike. It seems that there’s a lack of respect and professionalism that permeates the atmosphere.

The final straw for me was when my online order I placed was abruptly canceled without any notification. I had used a BOGO code that the Subway site accepted, which led me to believe I was following the rules. Instead of receiving a courtesy call to explain the situation, I was left in the dark. If the franchise doesn’t want to honor such promotions, they should ensure their website is updated to prevent confusion.

This disregard for communication and respect towards customers is unacceptable. I refuse to support a business that treats its clientele and staff with such rudeness. It’s truly disappointing, as I had hoped for a more positive experience. I won’t be returning, and I encourage others to consider their options.
