Fairly mismanaged. Stock is not maintained, servers don’t speak english, and mistakes are frequent.
There new menu item, nachos. They need to learn how to make them better. Didn't even put all the ingredients on it and burned the first one in toaster.
Management is pathetic
Missing toppings and it appeared the workers hated working here.
What a joke. How do you not have provolone at a sandwich shop? I never eat out, and I definitely never eat subway. The first time I go to a subway in years. The experience was horrible.I'll never go back.
Kid behind the counter clearly doesn’t want to be there when I usually am open to giving tips to fast food. Gives condescending answers to questions for people not used to going to subway.
Do better. Always acknowledge a customer when they enter. No one in store. Online orders more important than in person customers, walked out
Never patronizing subway again. They completely screwed me and it's literally impossible to contact them to get assistance. Will be disputing charges and taking my business elsewhere permanently.
Didn't have turkey or pickles or the bread I wanted. Emplyee barely spoke English so had to point to everything I wanted and several trys of pulling up containers to finally get oregano.
Front door slams like someone's mad, making everyone jump.
Not a good experience

I ordered a grilled chicken with bacon about 2 hours before close. The veggies had all frozen over by then. The sandwich artist held up two cold fatty pieces of bacon and asked, "Bacon?" as if to say, "You sure you want these?" The artist then held up some sort of chicken salad and asked, "Chicken?" "No," I said. "Grilled chicken." "Chicken. Chicken," she said, waving the crumbs. I made her make the sandwich, and she drowned it in a half bottle of ranch. I picked out the "chicken" and "bacon" and fed it to my dog.

Went at noon on a Saturday. Only 1 person working. Line of 7-8 ahead of me. Poor guy working there was hustling but online orders kept coming in. Waited almost 45 minutes to get 1 sandwich. Whatever they pay that 1 employee it isn’t enough. Won’t go back. Other options including a different Subway in the area.

If your open tell 9pm should stay open tell 9pm... I showed up at 8:35pm and they where closed employees inside closing up didn't care... if it had been like 5mins tell maybe no problem but a half hour early on a Friday seems extreme to me... last time I go to this location my previous visit the worker didn't even know how to make a cold cut...
