Sulbing Cafe (설빙 콜로라도)

Absolutely delicious! This Korean shaved ice café blew me away. The dessert was so refreshing, satisfying, and beautifully made — the perfect treat. The service was quick and friendly, and exceeded my expectations. I LOVE that they offer mini sizes which are still a large amount. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I got the choco bingsu and it was not bad, but not the best I've had. However I like their fruit bingsu and their croffles a lot more than this one.

I like this place; it has a lot of different ice creams and waffles with various toppings.

These are the best snow cones in the world! The ice isn't just shaved, it genuinely feels like fluffy snow and the topings don't melt it, so it's a fun treat experience!

A delicious and wonderful new experience for my wife and I. We both loved it. Absolutely delicious. We had the mango cheesecake Sulbing and it was so good. I will certainly be back to try the tiramisu and others. They all delicious.

This place is must if you are in the area. I got the green tea sulbing my hubby got the blueberry cheesecake sulbing. They were both so delicious and super fullfilling come with an appetite. I recommend getting extra sweetned condensed milk and pour it over in small portions other wise the subling kinda just sucks it all up. 10/10

Update I have gone back and their other shaved ices are better than the Mango Cheese! I would reccomend the tiramisu shaved ice. The Mango Cheese was not a good flavor combination. The Chocolate croffle was good. And the drinks were good. My friend got a grapefruit ade and it wasn't too sweet. The Jujube tea was a little sweet.

So it can take a while to figure out, even with all the helpful signs, but Sulbing serves bingsu, a Korean shaved frozen milk confection, usually served with yummy toppings.

The Sulbing cafe (located at Southglenn where the Tokyo Joe's used to be) is bright and clean and decked with more options for your bingsu than you can shake a spoon at. The bingsu themselves were delightfully tasty. They were also pretty expensive -- this is more for a great treat after exiting the neighboring Regal theater than a casual place to stop every day.

Enjoyed ourselves, and will likely be back some time.

Loved my coffee.. perfect spot for introverts ordering is simple, prices are amazing and not one word is exchanged🥰 but the service is 🫶 superb

Their Mango Cheese cake is incredible! It’s delicious, refreshing, with fresh mango chunks, and cheese cake bites covered with shaved ice and condensed milk. I’d have this again in a heartbeat and would bring friends and family!
