Very rude, disgusting and poor customer service 👎👎👎 Food is not worth the money. If you don't want to spoil your day and appetite, then you should bypass this terrible place. I don't understand how they still work. The worst experience in my life is to go here twice, too bad!!!

Very okay. It's nice to have convenient and healthy options when needed, which I appreciate having here. The build-your-own bowl options allow for creating a low carb bowl with the No Carb 2X Veggies base and the Steviyaki sauce. The food was just okay though - nothing to write home about. Nothing spectacular about service or atmosphere either.

Had the Joe’s Special at Tokyo Joe’s for lunch and it was awesome! Bowl was packed with fresh, tasty ingredients—perfectly cooked chicken, crisp broccoli, edamame, and cucumbers all over fluffy rice. Felt super healthy but still filling, and everything tasted really fresh

Went into this place Oost out the register for about five minutes before I got greeted by anybody then I mentioned something about getting help in. Alex was very rude. Long hair skater looking guy customer service really bad in there. Hopefully it gets better.

Great fast casual Japanese dinner! We enjoyed poke bowls, soup, pot stickers and both kids meals. Service was fast and friendly, restaurant was clean, and the tables were comfortable. We'll definitely be back!

Bad service! I had an online to-go order placed here. When I arrived my order had been claimed by someone else. The manager or I guess a guy with glasses who look like he was a manager, offered no apologies period in fact he told me it would take another 10 minutes to get my order done. Which I accepted. However when my order was done they didn't even tell me! He barely said hello, I had to retrieve the order myself, and he never even apologized! Or offered to make it up in any way. Honestly, you shouldn't be handling customers if you can't even communicate.
