Pickup was about 10 minutes late due to how busy they were. The flavors in the Tokyo Joe’s bowls are great, but the salmon was cold and overcooked today. I don't think I would order the salmon bowl again.

There's a lot of homeless standing around out side restaurant. The food was good and the staff very gracious.

Went later in the night, around an hour before closing. Restaurant was quiet and service was great. I made my own bowl and it was great, with decent spice levels. Table nearby was left a mess by another table who left but the server was quick to clean it up and apologized to us and another table for the mess. Recommend for a causal sit down place.

Overweight guy at the counter was pissed at me bc after I order a customized bowl I asked for a large (sharing with my daughter) he huffed loudly and complained he had to delete everything take a picture with his cell phone and enter it again. I kindly told him never mind it’s not a big deal while a threw a fit bc he had to do his job. God forbid he had to do his job. So gross.
Very rude, disgusting and poor customer service 👎👎👎 Food is not worth the money. If you don't want to spoil your day and appetite, then you should bypass this terrible place. I don't understand how they still work. The worst experience in my life is to go here twice, too bad!!!

This location was amazing! They handled all of our allergy requests and modifications so cool calm collected everything came out as ordered. Hands-down one of the best Joe’s locations I’ve visited!
