Went into this place Oost out the register for about five minutes before I got greeted by anybody then I mentioned something about getting help in. Alex was very rude. Long hair skater looking guy customer service really bad in there. Hopefully it gets better.
Mobile orders are always consistent and ready on time.
My kids enjoyed their meals and the food was fast and fresh!! Employees had great attitudes and food was ready as promised!!
This is my go-to lunch spot! The friendly staff and delicious food never disappoint—thank you for always being so consistent. Also, my apologies for knocking over the soy sauce a couple of weeks ago! 👀
The bowls are great!
The sushi it’s really good, costumer service it’s really good!
Great fast casual Japanese dinner! We enjoyed poke bowls, soup, pot stickers and both kids meals. Service was fast and friendly, restaurant was clean, and the tables were comfortable. We'll definitely be back!
Bad service! I had an online to-go order placed here. When I arrived my order had been claimed by someone else. The manager or I guess a guy with glasses who look like he was a manager, offered no apologies period in fact he told me it would take another 10 minutes to get my order done. Which I accepted. However when my order was done they didn't even tell me! He barely said hello, I had to retrieve the order myself, and he never even apologized! Or offered to make it up in any way. Honestly, you shouldn't be handling customers if you can't even communicate.

Sushi was rolled perfectly by Jessica. Been to Japan twice and the way she rolled it is definitely up there with the high end Japanese sushi restaurants. Never tasted anything that came close to it in the United States until I ate at this Tokyo Joes. I would most definitely come back and recommend it to those who want the authentic sushi experience but not the price, just ask if Jessica is rolling the sushi!

Dine in was fairly quick, early lunch hour. Portions are just right, good price options for lunch. Very clean and friendly service.
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian is an option with no protein for those wanting it
Kid-friendliness: Kid's bento box is a good option

The service here was good . The atmosphere was also good . Besides that the food here isn’t anything spectacular. I believe the vegetables could be cooked more. Portions could have been a little more generous . Recommend this place to people looking for somewhere quick to eat.
