Absolute amazing experience from start to finish. The entire staff was welcoming and our server Jonet was great and attentive. Also the manager Griffin very generous as he provided us an unexpected special deal in celebration of me and my wife's 20 year anniversary!!

Everything was great except the FOOD 😑😑 the kitchen staff needs to understand how to properly give the correct amount of food if someone is paying more extra meat put EXTRA meat 😑😑😑. But ouR server was AWESOME AND OUTSTANDING!!

When we arrived at our area, our time showed 90 minutes. Our waiter would pass by and attend other people and wouldn’t even acknowledge us. He arrived with 75 minutes and finally asked what would like to order. We ordered the funday faves platter, he brought our drinks and after that was never seen again. He finally came back at 15 minutes saying the food should be done in 2 minutes. At 10 minutes a manager arrived saying “the food should be done shortly but that it was gonna take awhile longer, for the convenience if we would like anything else.” We denied the offer and she offered to accommodate us for the mix up. After that, our waiter came gave us the check for one Coke and two waters. Never heard or got back with anything. Had a good time golfing but very poor service. Why even offer food services.

Crazy experience was my first time there with my family we were so excited brought out our food just for the manger to come out and ask us to go because we were being “loud” and the server didn’t feel comfortable with us like we were the nicest to her she brought out our food with no problem said that we’re being to loud for her it’s a golfing place it’s fun to compete of course we’re loud we had our autistic son with us so if he was loud then dang that sucks but won’t ever go to this place again that was so embarrassing maybe we were just loud and ghetto like they made it seem because not one of us had a drink yet
Sadly felted very uncomfortable how we were being treated

Drew the manager was beyond helpful and service was the best I’ve had in years. Rarely do I make recommendations of any establishment but Drew made above and beyond effort to make my experience as a platinum member memorable and repeatable. I would recommend a platinum membership for anyone who is a golf lover and this location to be my favorite between all started I’ve visited.

I was charged for two membership fees, even though my wife and I are already members, because I made my reservation online.
Also find it completely wrong and absurd to have your Bay fees included on your food bill, where you tip your waiter. I've mentioned this in the past and they still do it. You wouldn't pay your bar bill at a bowling alley and tip based on all the games you played plus your food. Or any other venue. Your game play is just that. Your server has no influence on it.

They will put you in bay 101 which should be half the price. 1/3 of the balls you hit don't even count even when they go in a circle. The server said it's because the cameras are over 2nd and 3rd floor and does not read first floor well. When you ask if you can move to one of the many open bays above you they will say no, they are full.
