I've never encountered a milk tea place that wouldn't let me buy a small side cup of boba. Ridiculous. I was paying for it in addition to my drink- why would he make it so hard? Then he gave me the wrong boba in my drink. So disappointing.

We’ve been getting drinks from this place for a while now. The drink selection is a lot and had tried quite a few of them and all of them were delicious and refreshing. Never ordered food here, so can’t say anything about it yet. The place is clean and inviting and the owner is very friendly. Definitely would recommend when you’re around the area.
Parking: Parking is not very convenient, though there’s plenty of parking space, if you get lucky you’ll find a close one to the store, but if not you may need to walk a bit from the parking space.
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of space for kids to move around

We are here an embarrassing amount of times since discovering it was close to where we live. Safe to say we love their bubble teas! We have tried several of the fruit teas and they've all been sooooo good. We've also tried their Korean fried chicken and found it tasty too. Frank is very nice and has pretty much memorized our orders. Give this small business a try!
