We enjoyed this place sooo much! The views were great. The food was delicious. Every recommendation for wine was wonderful and it was fun trying new wine. Everything was amazing and I would highly recommend here!

On November 15,2024 we attend their Beef and Bourbon class. I cannot say enough about the fantastic experience it was. Everyone greeted us and were so efficient, professional, thoughtful and obviously pleased to be there. Couples were placed sitting across from each other. This encouraged everyone to converse and meet the people. Drinks and appetizers were placed on the table. This strategy encouraged everyone to talk to each other each side of you. We were taught how to cook with bourbon. Chef Jerry educated everyone on how to properly cook and steak and side dishes. This meal was above excellent, and everyone was so pleased to share this great experience with everyone. Jerry was amazing and made it fun along with teaching us. We would gladly encourage everyone to attend one of their classes or stop in for a glass of wine and enjoy an appetizer or two.

If watching a Colorado sunset from an amazing undisturbed view is something you enjoy then this place has it. Enjoy a beverage nibble on some bites and watch the sun slowly set behind the Rocky Mountains. Ask for Miguel to serve you and you’ll understand why. It was our first time but it won’t be our last time. We are going to sign up for their cooking classes also.

Love love love Uncorked! The wine bar is stunning, has amazing views and the servers are great! Isabella and Miguel are so fun, knowledgeable and great! The wine is delish and the food is drool worthy!
I haven't done a class yet but definitely plan to!
