Holy cow, the quesobirria is out of this world. Loved it, even the beans were excellent. They also had the half liter Mexican coke which just brings it all together.
It was quiet when we went in, but the staff was friendly and the food came fast. Worth a stop if, like me, you love the birria!

Ever since the second location opened, the quesabirrias tacos and consume have not been the same. The taste went flat and now is significantly drier. Definitely not the best spot in Colorado for quesabirrias anymore.
