For the price of buffet food was Mid grade. Flavorless dry brisket, sushi was stale. I did like the cold seafood waited for shrimp for 15 minutes they ran out. Waitress had to be located she only provided us with drinks once then disappeared.

My family went for our first time to the Viewhouse last night for my retirement dinner.We have a restaurant rating standard we follow. This place receieved, "First and last!"Our reservation was at 7pm party of 8 with 1 child including 2 out of town guests. We were seated a full 20 minutes before wait staff came over to our table. We ordered drinks including one coffee,the return of our drinks took 15 minutes and they were delivered without the coffee. Mind you, no waters were given. We ordered appetizers at the time the coffee was delivered. We ordered the pork belly and truffle fries,neither were anything more than acceptible. Again the wait staff disappeared into cyberspace. Finally our waiter appeared again and we ordered dinner. Just the basics, burgers nothing fancy, you would have thought we ordered the creme de la creme, because the arrival of said meals took another 20 minutes! Meanwhile, I watched other patrons who had arrived after us get their drinks and meals in a timely fashion. My granddaughter's cheeseburger arrived without cheese, she went and spoke to the manager and was brought a single slice of cheese. Who does that? I can truly understand why they have the low ratings, all I can say is we should have believed our eyes and selected another restaurant, instead of hoping the ratings were unfounded. They weren't!!
