I went to go shop for a birthday card when I noticed I was being followed, while shopping for the card I noticed they associate standing there literally watching me nothing in his hands no task to be done just watching. When I confronted him to other associates came out and told him to go in the back room immediately almost like they knew what he was doing and when I asked for a manager the manager confirmed that yes he was watching me! Needa mind you in my cart I have nothing but two bottles of water and a basket of strawberries. WHY TF AM I BEING WATCHED! I am a grown man! When I continue to question the manager she said that he was just curious about me? Like what? So your associate has never seen a black man before? That's NUTS!

Just back from this Walmart today. Saw some people not wearing mask. I ask some staffs there and they told me that wearing mask in this store is just recommended. Walmart, do you really care about your staffs and customers health? For some people they might not care about their health and refuse to wear mask, but allowing them in your store could risk your other customers and your workers. You don't want this store becomes like the one in aurora, where some staffs died and some got infected with the virus. If this is the way Walmart wants, then I will never be returned and shopped at Walmart again.

This Walmart wasn't great to begin with. Customer service is slow they only have one cashier the rest is self checkout. Now they won't let you in the store without wearing a mask. Not gloves but a mask. Masks don't stop the spread of this virus. You touch the check out system then you touch your face to adjust the mask and you will get the virus. The stores in the surrounding areas are not doing this. The masks don't fit my face and I can't wear one with out constantly adjusting it. But I'm required? I'd rather go somewhere else or go without. The odds of me picking up a virus are more likely if I can't keep a mask on my face and I have to hold it there.

Stopped by for a few things for dinner today They would not let me in because I didn't have a mask. Is this a new policy. All Walmart's or just this one? Went to Kings at Buckley and Quincy No problem

Came In To take care of the issue with the prepaid credit card. Instead of dealing with the issue and taking time to listen to it, the cUstomer service associate blew me off and. Allied other customer to the counter and left me hanging waiting for a manager for 25 minutes. Service is horrible and cuStomer service is suck. People have no personality and no customer service. They need to be retrained or hire people and promote who have skills. When I started to explain to the manager what needed to be done and expressing my concern she told me that I need to keep my comments to my self. And that person is the assistant manager Cynthia. Who can't do her job and literally tells people to shut up and she doesn't care for peoples explanation. Plus she was trying to make me look rude and as if I don't know what I was doing. It took 3 people to complete simple job. And it has t been done anyways.

Every time I have gone in to pick up a prescription and when they have said it was ready.... I always end up waiting 30 plus minutes when I get there. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!

The pharmacist at this Walmart location is rude and is not willing to help customers. I went there to get medication for my father. I was not familiar with the name so I asked for her help. Instead of coming to assist, she pointed from her location to the area it was stored. Still unable to find it, I asked her again and she ignored me. I have never had a medical professional not want to help a person. I will never come to this pharmacy or this store ever again.

Rudest pharmacists ever. Asked for them to fill my prescriptions for inhalers and she gave me the biggest attitude about transferring my inhalers to this Walmart.

It's a Wal-Mart. They do not have all of the grocery items that the big Wal-Mart has, and they carry a few items the big one doesn't. It's my go to place to grab produce a few times per week. It's clean, and the employees are friendly. The "Neighborhood Market's" don't have deli, bakery, or butcher sections, but are great to grab a few things on the way home, and they do have rotisserie chickens and ribs in the hot case.

This was the sorriest pharmacy I've ever been to. There was this Asian pharmacist (and the only reason I say Asian is she acted prejudiced against me). We finished checkout she single bagged 2 big bottles of juice I'd bought as well and left the counter. From somewhere on her perch she asks me to clean my basket off of her countertop. As I'm leaving with my single bagged juice...oh she did put a bag on the counter and told me if I wanted double bag I had to bag it myself. I had to explain to this employee of Walmart??? I wonder if pharmacists at least this one has had any customer focused training at all. I told her for the first time I've ever had to tell any employee I'm permanently disabled. I'll never return to this store and am telling all my friends and family about this Dr?

This Walmart tired to sell me expired food. The boxes of food were expired in September and November 1st (two different batches/boxes) and it was already November 5th. The manager didn't care. And they had no interest in taking the item off the shelf either. The manager and cashier said you need to pay full price for these. And basically told me to take it or they will sell it to someone else.
