My favorite bakery! I’ve been coming here for years and love their gf and df options. Everything is delicious from their breakfast burritos to their bakery items. I’ve had them make custom cupcakes, cakes and pies and everyone loves them (and can’t tell the difference if they don’t have dietary restrictions). Their customer service is also great.

DO NOT ORDER IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT A CAKE ONLY IF YOU WANT TO BE GASLIT AND LIED TO.
I’ve been a customer for a while and typically get cupcakes for my birthday here along with getting other stuff throughout the year, but how now decided to take my business elsewhere. My mom is also gluten free so of course when my dad asked for a recommendation of where to get a birthday cake for her I said here! Well after being a customer for over 2 years, they ruined my mom’s birthday.
My dad placed an order and even got an email confirmation for his order, but when he arrived to pick it up he was lied to and frankly gaslit, with the employee claiming the email had said to call them. Defeated he left, went home and opened his email where it simply said order confirmed and to “call WITH ANY QUESTIONS” not to call to confirm.
So between me and the rest of my family (3 of us being gluten free) none of us will be returning.
Shame on you for firstly ruining my mom’s birthday, and then lying to and gaslighting my elderly dad.
Ordered the lemon, the salted caramel chocolate caramel, and the strawberry cheesecake cupcakes. Lemon was absolutely delicious - so moist and love the lemon jam addition! Strawberry cheesecake was also an all-star! Salted caramel was my husband's favorite and loved the bits of crunch. Definitely will be coming back here and will recommend anyone looking for a sweet treat.

Breads aren’t made fresh and was told they get them from Walmart and up charge them. Not homemade? Won’t be going back.

So my boyfriend ordered me a Boston Cream pie cake from you guys and 1: they were rude to him over the phone! 2: they didn't have Bavarian cream and 3: they just gave him a chocolate cake with chocolate butter cream to give me for my birthday! I love your gluten free pastries but ya'll suck at phone customer service and made me the wrong type of cake! I wanted chocolate icing with vanilla cake and vanilla Bavarian cream and you didn't get that right so...

If you’re GF (and even if you aren’t!) look no further!!! This is the bakery all of us GF people have been waiting for.
Admittedly, I haven’t tried everything in their menu but they continue to amaze me as I dive further into their options.
Needless to say, my favorites are the croissants. Sweet or savory, THEY ARE AMAZING! You would never tell the difference between gluten full or these GF.
… and today I can also say that their coffee is equally delicious! Just had an oat milk latte and it was perfect! Paired with a ham and cheese croissant. I was transported to Paris in the 90’s.
“Wave the Grain” - thank you for all the delicious work you do!!! You’re changing lives! One cannot be too sad or anxious while tasting these delicacies!

Wave the Grain made the most delicious vegan cupcakes I have ever had in my life! I’m not exaggerating when I say people are still talking about them. They were rich, flavorful, perfectly baked, and decorated so beautifully. As someone with allergies, I was so grateful to find a bakery that could create something both safe and indulgent for our wedding. The team was so flexible with us, delivered everything right on time, and made the process stress-free. Dessert is such a special part of a wedding, and they made sure ours was unforgettable.

I’ve been going here since 2017 when we moved to Centennial. I would typically stop in every 1-3 weeks for a sweet treat and I even had them make a wedding cake for me in 2019. I’m not just gluten free but I’m allergic to dairy and egg so I can only eat their vegan items. I loved that I could walk in and have a variety of treats to try and choose from. I noticed about 2 years ago that the daily selection starting to get few and far between for vegan items. I didn’t think much of it because I stopped eating sugar for a while and wasn’t in often anyway. It’s been about a year when I went in this Friday to pick up some cupcakes for my daughter’s birthday to have as an allergy friendly option. I’m SO incredibly disappointed and taken aback by the items I got. I got every vegan item they had - 3 different flavors of mini cakes and 1 cupcake flavor. Not only was I disappointed by the lack of selection (there was at least double this in the past years) but all of the mini cakes were hard, dry, and tasteless as if they were frozen previously or super old. The pumpkin cupcakes I got were okay (they were made fresh that week you could tell) but the cake was super crumbly. I’m utterly beside myself that I spent $12 on each mini cake and I had to throw them out because they weren’t edible! I was quite shocked at the price increase when I checked out too ($52 for 3 mini cakes and 2 cupcakes?!). Their vegan stuff used to be made weekly and was rich, creamy, moist, and full of flavor. I’m really not sure what happened…

Gluten free food should be accessible to those who need it. Was excited to try this out, $7.99 for a crossiant? Taking advantage because they can

Ordered an 8 inchbirthday cake for my wife. No prices on the website. Received the invoice today. $78.00 or $10.00/inch. And they even waived the convenience fee. Been ordering from Wave the Grain for years since Allison opened it. New owners now. As a celiac, I understand higher prices for gluten free but this is off the charts. Won’t be ordering again. You may want to call the store to establish prices before you order

First, I love that this bakery exists and want it to be there forever. However, I do agree with other reviewers that say the food just isn't quite as good as it used to be. When it first opened up, everything was so consistently delicious. For the past couple of years, it's been really hit or miss. Most consistent items are the quick breads, donuts (wish every day was donut day), and burritos. I feel like I've been rolling the dice on other items; today's cinnamon roll tastes like a KFC biscuit with cinnamon and icing on it, very weird.

My absolute favorite gluten free bakery! I stop by here any chance I can get. Everything here is clearly labeled and they offer a great variety of DF, GF, V options as well as many tasty treats. Not only do they have GF croissants, but they are truly the BEST! I have rarely found gf croissants but where I have (Paris, Italy, Germany) this one is still unbeatable. Thank you Wave the Grain!!!

Pros:
The dessert loaves are exceptional.
The pop tarts are good.
The pesto croissants are good.
Cons:
Everything else I have tried from their shop has been not only expensive but also either sickeningly sweet or very dry. It was very disappointing for the price I paid. The biggest disappointments were the sweet croissants, the cake pops, and the cannoli.
For the prices being asked, the recipes need to be improved on items first.
