First, I love that this bakery exists and want it to be there forever. However, I do agree with other reviewers that say the food just isn't quite as good as it used to be. When it first opened up, everything was so consistently delicious. For the past couple of years, it's been really hit or miss. Most consistent items are the quick breads, donuts (wish every day was donut day), and burritos. I feel like I've been rolling the dice on other items; today's cinnamon roll tastes like a KFC biscuit with cinnamon and icing on it, very weird.

My absolute favorite gluten free bakery! I stop by here any chance I can get. Everything here is clearly labeled and they offer a great variety of DF, GF, V options as well as many tasty treats. Not only do they have GF croissants, but they are truly the BEST! I have rarely found gf croissants but where I have (Paris, Italy, Germany) this one is still unbeatable. Thank you Wave the Grain!!!

Pros:
The dessert loaves are exceptional.
The pop tarts are good.
The pesto croissants are good.
Cons:
Everything else I have tried from their shop has been not only expensive but also either sickeningly sweet or very dry. It was very disappointing for the price I paid. The biggest disappointments were the sweet croissants, the cake pops, and the cannoli.
For the prices being asked, the recipes need to be improved on items first.

Tom & Tatum were fantastic explaining all the various Gluten free & Vegan options. Their gluten free sourdough bread is fantastic. Desserts are yummy as well!

The absolute best gluten free bakery in the area.
The reviews stating that the textures of certain items are wrong don't understand that gf flour cannot stretch and laminate the same way wheat does as it does not contain the same proteins and physical properties.

Croissant is 8$ and dry
I just bought a vegan chocolate chip cookie from Wave the Grain at the Gluten Free Farmers market and this may be the best cookie I’ve ever eaten, (and I’m not vegan). Go get some!
really good options, friendly staff.

I’ve been coming to the centennial location for nearly 5 years and could always find so many amazing treats. Unfortunately the last few times we’ve gone, the cases are SO bare, many items look burnt, prices have increased, and it’s just not what it used to be. This is so upsetting as someone who used to recommend this place and look forward to going every few weeks.
Great choices for those who are allergic to wheat

I’m disappointed it seems this place has gone down hill. I picked up keto cupcakes and a 6 inch cake for a party and the cake was very stale & icing way too sweet. For over $100 for my whole order, I wish it had been edible:( I used to love recommending this bakery to my fellow gluten free friends but I will think twice now. Sad because people with celiac disease already have very limited options.

The best! I mean the best GF food I have ever tasted. My co-worker tasted the treats I brought to work and could jot believe it was GF. Totally recommended this bakery. I had a veggie GF burrito and it was delicious 😋

We were so excited to find this place, totally grain free, delicious options! They do use coconut oil in a few products, rest of the products unfortunately they use vegetable oil. If it wasn’t for that one thing it would literally be a dream come true!
