First, I love that this bakery exists and want it to be there forever. However, I do agree with other reviewers that say the food just isn't quite as good as it used to be. My absolute favorite gluten free bakery! I stop by here any chance I can get. Everything here is clearly labeled and they offer a great variety of DF, GF, V options as well as many tasty treats. Not only do they have GF croissants, but they are truly the BEST! I have rarely found gf croissants but where I have (Paris, Italy, Germany) this one is still unbeatable. Thank you Wave the Grain!!!

Pros:
The dessert loaves are exceptional.
The pop tarts are good.
The pesto croissants are good.

Cons:
Everything else I have tried from their shop has been not only expensive but also either sickeningly sweet or very dry. It was very disappointing for the price I paid. The biggest disappointments were the sweet croissants, the cake pops, and the cannoli.
