Great yogurt place minus the staff who are young and lack customer service. Would be nice to not feel rushed. Many times asked for bag and lids and they just hand me a bag instead of putting them in bag etc. No thank you have a nice day either. On other note great yogurt!

The cashier snuck in her own tip on my card. Watch out for the shady grady's that work here. I did not authorize a tip on my card, I like to leave a cash tip. I'm waiting for a call back from the owner. I will not be back!!!

The prices are excellent and the little spoons are adorable. But for some reason there are several tables but no chairs. It seems pointless. Everyone was eating their yogurt outside in their cars. Why don’t they want to let people sit inside? Also didn’t like the way the store corrals people in to get their frozen yogurt. Would be nice if it didn’t have the little divider thing. Yogurt itself was great and the prices are better than most places. Just those two things affected the experience.Parking: Plenty of space for everyone to eat in their cars ?

Yogurtland is our favorite place to get froyo. Love all the Tart flavors and my husband likes coffee and expresso. Nice assortment of toppings. Wish they had toasted almonds. Some service variable, but manager is very interested and invested in feedback & is responsive. Wish there was one in Lone Tree!

$6 Friday made me spent $6. Otherwise I would’ve only bought for $4.

Ordered through GrubHub and they forgot an item in my order. Was nice to watch my family eat their stuff while I had nothing. Thanks, Yogurtland!

I do not recommend. The topping bar was a mess and cross contaminated. I stepped in toppings all over the floor. It was not the cleanest and the yogurt tasted funky. I was disappointed.

My kids LOVE a good fro-yo place. And we always save their spoons!

06/04/2023- this is the worst Yogurtland location I've ever been too. On a road trip from CA and made this detour to get a snack. Clearly this franchise location is poorly managed. The floor was sticky and dirty. My shoes stuck with each step. Disgusting. Not an employee in sight when I entered, but I heard voices coming from the back. I filled my container ( I came all this way). The yogurt dispensers were clean, the self service area was tidy but could've used some top offs and wipe downs. I headed to the registers. Clearly there is a camera monitor in the back because an employee magically appeared and stood at the register with no words and waited for me to place my container on the scale. I paid and when I did not not tip I received a sarcastic " have a nice day". Dear Franchise owner- if your employees would like a tip at a completely self serve snack joint, try cleaning, greeting and providing customer service. What a disappointment.

When I was a kid we called this place TCBY. When we lived in Congress Park they called it Menchies. The latest version of the frozen yogurt bar place (way better than Pinkberry) has seven or eight different yogurt flavors to choose from. Then, there is a topping bar where you can load your frozen yogurt up with all the candy, sprinkles, and what not you like. The catch is that it charges by the ounce and the containers are deceptively large. If you have younger children keep a close eye on them and help them get theirs or you're gonna end up dropping $40 on frozen yogurt. The flavors are really good and as long as you remember that gummy things get hard and cold in ice cream, it's a nice little place.

Kudos for the $6 all you can stack in the bowl yogurt every first Friday! Safe to say I will be returning on the next first Friday of the month!
