Our first time in and we were pleasantly surprised. We ordered hamburgers and chicken wings. The hamburgers were fresh and delicious, the wings were huge and cooked perfectly. The service was great as well. They genuinely seemed to care about our experience.

My husband and I went here a while back and didn't have a very good experience. We asked if they could put the Nuggets game on. They agreed to "figure out how"? But after asking 3 additional times we have up.
We decided to try again with our 2 boys and although we didn't request a game the service in general was a lot better this time, great in fact. The food, while not over the top was worth the money. We will likely return.

We had gotten a chef salad the 1st time and it was good size. It was amazing! The only reason for the 3 star is because last night we got chef salads again and it was half the size of the one we got the first time.

Aubrey our server was awesome! She was very attentive and very nice. We ordered the Teriyaki wings and they were the best in town. We then ordered another flavor we weren't sure of and she brought us out a sample . We ended up ordering the Teriyaki again...They were that good!!!

Food was ok but service sucked. During service the tables weren’t the cleanest and our waters were only topped off once. Once the bills came we asked about the credit card processing fee and asked if it could be removed or the meal discounted the 3% since we weren’t aware of it until we got the bill. Waiter wasn’t sure so she got the manager. Manager was not friendly about it and told all 4 of us not to come back after discounting the meal.

The food was decent. Surprise fee for using card now. Went with a group of friends after a fun day, saw the fee on tab. Friend asked about it being removed due to no postage/signage of fee ahead of time (customers aren't responsible for something they aren't made aware of). Friend managed to get the fee removed, but manager told him to not come back. Works for us, lost 4 customers due to a bad manager.

Restaurantji Recommends
I guess this place has decided customers should now bear the cost of the processing fee for running a credit card to pay their bill. I really couldn’t believe my eyes. Just think people should have a heads up. Hey if you wanna pay with your card we are gonna charge you the fee, because we are done paying it. Hope you bring cash.

A Disappointing Experience at 357 Reloaded
I recently had the misfortune of dining at 357 Reloaded, and I must say, it was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever encountered.
-Food Quality: A Major Letdown
To start, the food was way below standard. I genuinely went in with no explanations and was still let down. I ordered the wings, which were priced at an outrageous $16 for just 10 wings. Unfortunately, they did not live up to even the most basic expectations. They were undercooked and lacked flavor, making them a complete waste of money.
I also tried the Reuben sandwich, which was equally disappointing. The bread was soggy and unappetizing, and the overall presentation left much to be desired. For the price I paid, I expected a much higher quality meal.
-Service: Clueless Staff
The service did not help improve my experience. The staff seemed completely clueless and unable to answer even simple questions about the menu. Our waitress never refilled our drinks or asked if we needed anything else, leaving us feeling neglected throughout our meal. It felt like they were more interested in chatting among themselves than attending to customers. This lack of attention made the dining experience even more frustrating.
-Unpleasant Surprise: Credit Card Processing Fee
To add insult to injury, I noticed a credit card processing fee on my bill that was not posted anywhere in the restaurant. When I politely asked the manager if this could be removed, they threw a fit instead of addressing my concern professionally. This kind of response is not only unprofessional but also reflects poorly on the establishment as a whole. When I expressed my concerns about both the food and service, I was met with rudeness that was truly shocking. Instead of addressing my complaints with professionalism or empathy, they dismissed my feedback outright. This kind of attitude is unacceptable in any establishment, especially one that charges premium prices.
-Conclusion: Avoid at All Costs
Overall, my visit to 357 Reloaded was a complete disappointment from start to finish. With terrible food, clueless staff, an unexpected credit card fee that wasn't disclosed anywhere, and a rude manager, I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone. Save your money and seek out a place that values its customers and serves quality food.

We went to have lunch and watch Football, the door lady walk off while we were asking where we can sit for a certain game, went to another women who turned out to be the Mgr. she was was worse, thought we walked stright into the ghetto the way they talked to us as customers, definitely don't recommend.
My husband and I went there for lunch it was absolutely horrible the staff was more worried about drinking then working both our hamburgers were so over cook it was like eating a hockey puck we waited over 45 min to even get our food it was not even that busy to have had to wait that long for food we will never be eating there again ever!!
