Girl in drive through is rude literally every time we go in. I always ask for cheese and get CHARGED for it, and every single time I go home and start eating there’s no cheese. Bk have it your way, more like Bk never get your cheese you pay for.

It was not very clean inside. The staff, what few were there, were not clean. I was hesitant about eating the food hoping they had washed their hands or at least were wearing gloves. No one was wearing a hair net. This Burger King needs some structure and guidance. I most likely will not be returning.

Worst burger King by far. Asked for a whopper no pickles or ketchup and they have me just a patty with ketchup. Also ordered 3 fries and apparently their too stupid to remember to put it in my order. But hey that's the type of service I expect from the worst they have to offer.

Worst store ever I got charged over 30$ and never even got my order I call to get it resolved and they push me off tell me contact support but you can’t even get to support because it’s a robot that does nothing and there’s no number to call absolutely ridiculous just scam people out of there money
well there’s a wrapper in my sandwich, also asked for light mayo and it’s covered… if i didn’t take apart the buns to remove all of the mayo i wouldn’t have noticed there’s a wrapper ON MY SANDWICH. pretty much every time i go to this location they mess something up but this is a new one.

Tonight, Sunday, we went to Burger King in Clifton, CO. We ordered at 5:09pm and waited 40 minutes for our food in the dining room. People were coming in and getting their food but we were patient and waited. Finally, we went up to the cashier to find out the problem. The young black man started complaining about how busy they were and he was doing his best so if we thought we could do better then we should just come back and do it. He was very disrespectful and rude. A young woman came and got our receipt. Another young man, a manager, came to talk with us and said how busy they were with big orders and our order was small so we would just need to wait. Well, after all the disrespect, we just asked for a refund and left. We will never go back there again. Also, while we discussed this with the manager, a few customers came in and promptly left without ordering. They made the right choice.

Well , the trip to any burger king is somewhat good, but today I will detail a burger king at Clifton, I heard from several friends that the melt burgers were ok but if you are used to the other burgers they taste just the same at prices higher than other burgers. Well here it goes, I tried the shrooms burger, with lots of mushrooms and nice Swiss cheese, fries and a coke. The burger was kinda the same as a double whopper jr. With a different cheese at a higher price, the fries.were kinda stale.Maybe they were left on the fries tray for awhile, the shrooms sandwich did not impress me at all, like I said order a double whopper jr and you will get the satisfaction you get when you eat something good, with fries it makes a good another thing is that the shrooms meal, you get charge by the the extras like tomato, lettuce, pickles by the way they charge from 30 40 cents pet item , if your fries taste stale either talk to the manager or ask to get a freshly cooked fries. The manager. makes it right. Well my friends I will not recommend the melts but I will recommend the double whopper jr, it's less expensive, it taste great at a lower price, if you get very hungry that you can eat a horse get the ultimate sandwich The Wooper, you can get a single or double or the monster of them all a Triple Whooper ! ok my friends follow my advice or try it yourself, this way you can make your own comments, that will advise others before they make their selection, just remember advertising can tell you a good story about anything, but the one it counts is your own options. Everytime I go the girl with the mole on her face always forgets my food on purpose and the manger TYLER never does ANYTHING about her I've complained about her several times she even slammed the drive thru window right in my boyfriends face cause I asked why she never put all the food in my bag everytime on purpose and they literally said the don't cook all the food you order because they are understaffed like what is wrong with this burger king worst place to go in town

The worst BK i have ever been to. Had to order at the kiosk. No one was at front register. Chose to pay cash and after 15 minutes my food still hadn't been prepared. Finally someone came out from the back to give someone their order and I asked what was going on. Since I chose cash my order was not in the system because I had to pay first. Once I paid they took another 15 minutes to prepare my food. When it was served to me it was cold. I made a complaint online and they offered me a $5 credit even though my meal was $23 dollars. I replied that I would not accept the $5 coupon and would rather they replace my meal. Manager called me and was happy to replace meal.
