Any Burger King in the western valley is the worst service and customer care i have ever seen nobody is ever up front to help anyone

This is twice already they got my order wrong first time, and I came home missing food.this time I had to walk in twice to get everything in my order I got home and my food was cold.
100% WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. If you’re looking for a hot meal, this won’t satisfy you.
Went through the drive through to get a croissant and hashbrowns only to find out soon after that they’ve clearly been sitting under a heat lamp for at least 15 mins. Don’t the corporate people train them to throw them out after a while and taste test them to ensure quality is ok? No wonder people come into fast food places and lose their mind over simple things like this. Charge people 10$ for a meal or more and can’t even serve fresh hash browns. What an embarrassment. I will never come back.
This place went quickly downhill after the remodel. Food tastes bad, it's cold, service sucks, and the atmosphere inside is really bad. Try another BK, just not the one on North. Must be owned by the same unprofessionals.

Normally great food and service. I’m there once a week. Same order…every time. Tonight, the young man ive never seen before in the drive thru whipped thru my order and finished so fast that nothing on the screen was right. I wanted A double whopper with cheese and mustard only and three whopper jr’s with cheese and plain. Nothing had cheese. The double whopper was a single with no cheese and a junior whopper patty in the same bun. So…for everything I paid for, all I got in the bag was meat and bun. Ridiculous.

The one is downtown very depressive amosphere. No music, so quite. There are self order machines but you don't get what you asked for. The bathroom had a code to enter. Updated location and food still affordable. That's about it.

Really slow and understaffed took forever to get my order atleast 30 mins, other staff seemed ok but the guy with the pony tail is doing a great job keeping everything going, he’s patient with the customers and you can hear him making sure the correct orders are handed out.
Usually a crappy place but 10/10 for him

Its Burger King..... store is clean, service from the staff is very good when I am there. I miss the 90s stores style, but the food is the same and fairly quick everytime I go. Never had a cold or bad burger, very reliable. Its fast food and what I expect, fast, clean, standard and reliable food. Thank you.

Hate the way you guys did your front front entrance. It's really hard to get ahold of any worker to place your order. So I don't like the way you guys done your burger, king.

Jason was totally rocking it tonight. While apparently short handed he kept everything in order and flowing while maintaining a calm and collected mindset,the man was doing the job of atleast 3 people. He deserves a raise and recognition at work!
