The new system does not allow much interaction with staff. Food was a little cold, but still edible.

They spend all that money remodeling the wrong stuff every time I order i have to pull to the front and wait 10 minutes te get my food cold then they always forget something then you have to go inside and wait 10 minutes to wait for an employee because they are all hiding in the back

Jon J should probably not work here. They took 30 mins to make our food but my 5 minutes was a major inconvenience for him. He was very angry about every single thing. If they messed up he was cursing and rolling his eyes at everything. I have never had a good experience and this is my 3rd time here I thought they would have upgraded to better staff and food but that has not happened yet. If you need something quick this is not a good place to go.

The rudest service every single time when me or a friend or family or anyone that I know every single time that I hear or that I experience of myself is the rudest customer service. They always give me the wrong order and they yell at me like it’s my fault. Something should be changed here. This is not how you treat people for customer service HR or corporate needs to get involved this is not OK this is the rudest Burger King in town, especially when I was using the nicest tone and having to wait a whole hour of patience.

Man.. here it is. 10:30 at night, I just got done working. All we wanted was some burgers and hot temp fries. Instead, like the other times ive been here late. Its literally thrown together and sauce all over the bun and missing everything I asked for.. AGAIN! Bro, its not hard to work here. I did it as a kid, for christ sakes take some pride in your service. I doubt this review is going to do shit, but for the love of God, shape up guys. I spent almost 40 bucks on food I just had to throw away and go straight to taco bell because its not worth my sanity to try and get my money back. Do better, or not, I dont care. Im done woth bk. Have a nice night i guess.

Just got an order. Wrong sandwiches, manager spent more time on their phone than assisting other associates, food was old and dry. Will not recommend.

The last 10 times I've been here they've messed up my order every time. Its always the night shift. Now on 12/5 6:30 pm. I made a mobile order for drive through. Ive been in line for 15 minutes and I havent moved forward once. Not one thing in the entire restaurant takes 15 minutes to make. Not one. If upper management is reading this, please do something about your terrible incompetent night shift.

Food was cold. I hate the way the counter is set up. You'll stand there for a long time before they notice you standing out there. Horrible customer facing setup!!!

I know you don't expect much from Burger King, but this one seems to lower the bar. 15-minute wait when told to pull forward in drive-thru. Soggy chicken sandwich and lukewarm Burger. Also had a nice stomach ache afterwards.

i'd give it zero stars if I could. You wait and wait and wait and wait. They can't even bother to speak to you. Slowest drive thru restaurant in Grand Junction. You'll save time if you drive across town to a different Burger King
