Walked in was taken right away, Herb was training a new employee, telling her and showing her portion size while making my food. My friend's kid started to act up and he was kinda enough to talk to her, calm her down and give her a water cup. Was sitting down and even saw him delegating his team, very impressive. Definitely a manager if not the GM himself. Thank you Herb!

For a new building it was dirty. Service was not good. No other customers but she rushed my order. Food Luke warm. First and last time here. $12. And not much variety to choose from. Qdoba is way better.

I usually wait 15 to 20 mins extra just to get my food thru the drive up. It gives me time, and they can't seem to come close to being done by it. I could just go in and get it quicker. What's the point of ordering ahead?

I read the last poor reviews about this location and I can tell you that our visit was way better than I expected. The service was excellent, 5 happy and efficient employees behind the counter ready to assist us with our order. Everything was fresh and delicious, the restaurant was clean... I loved it!

Got double meat on burrito (did not have) over paid and they rolled it into a ball? Never knew you could load a stuffed burrito into a ball without the tortilla ripping. And as you can see was wrapped poorly. Gave me about 1/2 portion of everything. This was at the pickup window 9:30pm.

This chipotle does everything right, once a month I drive from Denver to Grand Junction only for a bowl (tortilla on the side) from this chipotle. I make a pit stop at Moab too but it’s mainly about this Grand Junction chipotle. I go to sleep dreaming about the food I get served here and will be a lifetime customer of this store specifically. I do not want to eat anywhere else in Grand Junction, I’d pay rent at this chipotle

Placed an online order and waited for 25 minutes and my order was made incorrectly. My burrito was falling apart, it was filled with mainly rice and didn’t even have the guacamole I paid for. Service was nothing impressive to say the least. Will not be going back and wouldn’t recommend to others.

Worst Chipotle ever. Staff didn't know how to run the register and everything was off food wise. The only staff member who looked like they were doing something was the one working drive thru.

Super disappointed in the guacamole - due to its being OLD. Has happened to me at the other chipotle in town as well. Don’t order it unless you can see it’s fresh is my advice! Otherwise good service ( except they didn’t notice serving old brown guacamole! ) and salsa and chips delish
